“Ordered a condenser for a Saab 9-3. Put my reg in and it didn't fit. Meant I had to risk driving it for 2 days with open AC pipes. The clerk tried to argue the refund, however I insisted I got a refund after a little back and forth. Won't be using euros again unless I have to.”

“Always thought highly of euro car parts until I recently placed an order for 2 items. It tool 10 day deliver these items I initially thought they were lost in post so ordered again... the first ones I ordered were delivered the same day I ordered replacements. I went to cancel my second order as it was not yet dispatched. Only to be met with you can't cancel your order but you can return 1 of the products after we send them out to you... All for £5 delivery charge I am disappointed and dissatisfied with euro cat parts my business now will go to gtf or auto doc”

“Went in a week ago to pick up some car parts I had ordered, when arriving although they said ready to collect, they were not, this is where I was greeted by extremely rude staff even after paying DOUBLE to get new parts. I was promised to receive a refund the following Monday, so I called up on the Tuesday to assure it hadn’t been forgotten about, where I was told to be patient after only asking if it was being processed, still had nothing a week later so I went in yesterday to luckily someone else on the counter, who told me NO ONE had even processed a refund for me and by the time i receive it now it will be 2 weeks. Wouldn’t use again after my first experience with these.”

“After paying & ordering online on 3rd July, I went to the Slough store the following morning to collect the goods. Waited for 10-15 mins to be served and then was told the stock had not arrived. Then after leaving the store, I received an email confirming collection, even though I had not done so. Bought an alternative product elsewhere to get the job done. I then went to the store again on Thurs 9th July to collect the goods, but found there were lots of waiting customers & only one staff member serving. As I had other jobs to do I left. In general the service at Euro Car Parts has gone way down & down over the last few years.”

“My stop - start car battery completely died unexpectedly. I looked on Euro Car Parts Web Site and quickly found a Boch replacement, I paid for it there and then, popped down, (when I got a lift), picked it up and it fitted perfectly. The member of staff at the Stockport branch was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.”
