“I bought some brake pads from Euro car parts but the garage where I got my brakes done would not use them as they always used another supplier. I returned the brake pads , no questions asked, no fuss not a problem. My money was back in my bank in days.”

“One young lady serving retrieving the parts doing her level best to deal with a long queue and a lot of questions about parts on numerous vehicles! Waited more than 30 minutes to be served while other members of your staff just wandering around not doing much and not helping. Good teamwork - NOT”

“I'm not sure if I was singled out for poor service. I've used your service before but have never experienced what I have this time around. I ordered a car battery on 16th January and I had to beg your company to deliver my order. I had to 2 phone calls to request help with my order. It was delivered after a week. Me and my wife had spent a lot of money on taxi service going to work while waiting for the battery to be delivered.”

“I ordered brake pads and discs against my car registration number. They were wrong and apparently this happens all the time. I then have to wait days on end for a refund and have to fork out for different ones. Time wasted at the garage who then couldn't fit them!”
