“Ordered parts for delivery with a 3/4 working day time given on the web site. After 5 days I sent a customer enquiry form (with a 4 hour expected turn around for an answer to why my order had not been delivered, shipped or processed). Still waiting for a reply 4 days later. In total it has been 7 working days and 11 in total since I placed my order. Zero communication from Euro Car Parts.”

“I reserved my items online when my girlfriend went there to collect it was 10 pounds above price shown online...they claimed it was expired the collection period butt that's not true...anyways better wait for delivery next time...”

“I ordered my rear view wiper blade on line. The part arrived, but was the wrong type, despite me quoting my registration number. I telephoned and the matter was resolved by asking me to call at the Warwick branch, but without giving the full address. I was eventually issued with the correct wiper blade. which I fitted to my car. I eventually was credited with the cost of the blade but it was the wrong amount as it didn't include the original cost of postage. A further telephone call put the natter correct.”

“Ordered products online early saturday morning for click and collect. Heard nothing all day. Still nothing by Monday afternoon so called into the branch...order picked by staff member while i waited...no acknowledgement...no apology..nothing.”

“serched for lambda sensor online but no matches were found. Telephoned local branch who were very helpful and located the part. I asked if I could use the 30% discount code I was given in an Email. The assistant told me I could only use this online and gave me the part number to try again. But again the part came up as no matches. So ordered thru branch. On collecting part enquired about disscount but again told could only be applied online. Bit dissappointed by this but otherwise OK.”

“I needed a new battery in a hurry and Euro Car Parts carried a wide range to fit my car at competitive prices. I was able to collect from my local branch within 30 minutes of ordering and I fitted the battery just 30 minutes later”
