“Bought a cheap battery because they would deliver this one . none of the others, which were available, couldn’t be delivered?. Paid postage so cost not an issue, convenience was. Lost a better sale euro carparts”

“Staff that were at the front of the desk were very friendly and helpful but the service was so slow. There was one man serving customers and a queue of 5 or 6 people had built up. Behind the glass I could see people sat around chatting”

“The Gloucester branch was difficult to find and only had one staff member on the Sunday. There was a massive queue. So for another part I decided to order with express delivery, guaranteed by Monday. Many, many phonecalls and wasted hours waiting for DPD to bother to deliver. The part finally arrived on Thursday. 4 days late. I will not be bothering to use this company again. I was without a car for 4 days longer than needed. Donna, customer service agent was wonderful. Everything else was diabolical. DPD lied, said they missed me twice when I was at home the entire time. Well I would be as I had no usable vehicle!!!”

“The customer service represent very critical experience and I am asking a question myself why so many you can retali is closin -our poor customer service is the number of Reason. I was waiting at least 20 25 minutes to collect on simple item where the customer service was gossiping with another customer. The story is like what does she leave what does she work I was waiting patiently after 15 minutes I asked her is anybody anybody here to serve me she replied rootly I am serving customer”

“Good quality parts with a wide selection of essential maintenance items. Visiting the Redhill, Surrey branch, although small, is always a pleasant experience - when you eventually get someone to appear from the back office to serve you! More staff needed or a different system as so much time can be wasted on just an online orderedand paid for collection.”

“Shopped with Euro Car Parts for many years now and always happy with the quality of the product. As always used my registration number to identify the part needed , however when I arrived at the Sunderland store the lady suggested the likelihood was that it was the wrong part ( Battery ). She asked a male member of staff if this was the case and again there seemed to be a lot of confusion whether the battery would fit my car . Although I bought the battery I left the branch apprehensive that it wouldn't fit . Once home fitted the battery and it was the right fit for my car. So as always a good product but the service wasn't so great this time .”

“I ordered a part online the part so called fit my car .My mechanic took my old part off and tried to fit the new one ,didnt fit .Euro had the part that fit then proceeded to charge me for the new part as well as the other one ,it took 3 days gor the credited amount to go in my account surplus to say i wasnt happy with the service i received”
