“I was given apart that had already been opened up when I was told it’s okay I drove back 10 miles to where I was going to do the work and the part was broken so obviously wasn’t okay so it wasted a good 1.5 hour of my time fitting and extracting and then driving back to get a replacement . I don’t think you should sell parts that have been opened. when you work out my hourly rate it cost me twice as much to do the job.”

“Hi I am sorry to say but I absolutely hate your online lay out of your website I preferred the old layout it was more informative from the moment u went online allowing u to enter your car registration your current setup puts me off in so far I'll only use it as a last resort.
