“The order nearly fell at the first hurdle: the website wouldn't recognise the 'makers reference' of the spark-plug I wanted. The website's look-up required 'Reg Number or Make/Model of your vehicle' - but this was for a lawn-mower! Fortunately I had the ECP stock number from a previous order: I left te site and dio a search exrterally. Quite a faff. I also elected for free delivery (the spark-plug was added because I was placing an order well over that minimum). I received an acknowlgement email by return then ... ... nothing, nil, nada, zip. Until I found the delivery (six loose items) on my doorstep on the fifth working day...”

“Got what I wanted and in good time. Small issue with No Invoice. That should ring alarm bells for any auditor on click and collect system. My parts were perfect, and pretty good value too.”

“When for click and collect to make it easier .... went to pick up, part not ready for collection (it had been 48hrs since order placed) then took at least 10mins to find it... staff did not appear to be enjoying their work...”

“Easy purchase, good value for money. Had to do a return previously, was easy and quick. Another time went to.collect at Beckenham depot on foot a bit of walk. Best to drive there. It is a warehouse, not a store. Best to check stock first/buy online for collection.”

“Not happy when I went to pick up my online order the guy said how serve me he said my pick up order is cancelled he cancel my order same time when I went on pickup point then later I received email urs order been cancelled and he reset my order price and he said to me urs order already cancelled”

“Ordered and paid and picked up next day. Service rather slow as the guy in front didn’t know exactly the part he wanted and it took 5 minutes or more before someone else came to help . Otherwise, all good!”
