“I ordered a set ofBosch front and rear wiper blades, and where other resellers,claimed their set was corerct, both front blades were 5CM shorter, than what they should have been, Euro Car Parts, had the correct kit, Delivery was already next day, so a well deserved 5 stars”

“Communication from Euro Car Parts was excellent. The male member of staff when collecting my order was pleasant and very helpful. As my parcel was quite heavy he offered to help me carry my parcel to my car, but provided me with a trolley for my parcel which was an even better idea. My whole experience from placing my order to collection was a first class service. My item was undamaged and as described by Euro Car Parts. I would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Put it this way 12 days ago I ordered a part for my car, when I ordered the part they said 3/4 days delivery. I have since cancelled my order and now have to wait a possible 7 days for a refund? I found the customer service very poor on hold more than 10 minutes on the phone and they take absolutely ages to answer an email definitely need to up their game. I ordered the same part from eBay today and it’s being delivered Tuesday”
