“Ordered online, email didn’t give me a collection time so headed to the store. Was told it takes 20 mins to show on system so had to go home. Went back to the store, and had to wait 15 mins for the workers to collect my items. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, talking to you like they don’t really care and woman on the front desk was on the phone while serving customers. Every time I go to the store the workers are incredibly unbovered and appear to be in need of customer training.”

“Good stock of parts and good quality. Could do with better collection arrangements for parts bought on line instead of having to wait while staff sort out someone who doesn't know what they really want!”

“Site works really well to find and buy parts. One improvement could be that rather than registration number, you could use the VIN and get precise parts rather than potential options. I ordered brake discs and got the wrong ones and then on revisiting the site found there were three sizes and I had to measure what was on my vehicle to find the right ones.”

“Communication was exceptional! Not what I expected at all. Delivery received at the time/on the day as advised. Thank you again for your incredible service! On a side note, the options on this feedback in regard to how many days the delivery took include within 5 days and over 7 days; delivery was made within 7 days (5 working days).”

“Good selection of parts, most of which are in stock for same day collection. Usually some kind of savings deal or code available which makes prices competitive. Staff are always helpful, friendly and efficient. Website sometimes shows items as in stock and available but when you get to the checkout, it goes to saying out of stock. Luckily, most parts are available from multiple manufacturers so you can usually find something.”

“I ordered roof bars and you gave me a returned item that was scratched up , open and out of the packaging and one of the barrels for the key was broken . I managed to fix it but it’s not the point I paid for a new item and you gave me second hand , broken second hand at that . I am very disappointed to say the least .”
