“Originally ,a ONE star for an anti freeze tester ,one with a extremely thin fragile float in a tube ,which broke under finger pressure whilst trying to remove the so called protective foam in the tube...however...after contact fromEurocar parts ,apologising for quality of product ...and refunding what I paid....it changes to a 5 above.....basically for Customer Service”

“I ordered a set of wiper blades, 16 and 26” turns out one in stock the other one couldn’t be found? Eh? What’s the point of ordering it before? Also ordered a pair of tailgate struts which your website says is a pair, turns out is for one side not a pair…. Suggest someone check your website. Would I use you again … not really… for what… disappointment ??”

“The battery was perfect, the ordering process very good and straight forward. However the only down side was the actual collection that took 40 minuets from entering the Miltonkeys store and walking out. Not enough staff on the till or colleting the items for the customers”

“Consider changing the description of your boot struts to make clear it describes ONE STRUT and not both sides. I thought I had brought one pair ie. as the description was not made clear and two of your staff agreed.”

“i used the online checkout and ordered the part for collection.was told that i have to wait 30mins to get the online discount so i ended up paying full price. employee had an attitude and even when asked if they could match the discount either way he said no nothing they can do.”
