“Brake pads were in stock at local branch, the correct items and good price. Ordered them after i found that the incorrect ones, delivery a couple of months ago from another supplier were wrong size for my car. Eurocarparts MSN saved the day.”

“My order for vw golf service parts to be delivery was cancelled by euro car parts around the time it should of been shipped, the only contact was an email stating “we have refunded you” no reply to my email asking what happened, cheated me a problem. I needed the parts and had to drive half hour to collect from another company. Not using you again.”

“I really don't like shopping here. I only buy when I absolutely have to because no matter when you go, you wait in line for at least half an hour. Only one person works, and the rest wander around the warehouse or sit in the office. Seeing the line is so long, they should help so people don't have to wait so long. The shop is located Thurrock Trade Park, Oliver Rd, Grays RM20 3ED”
