“I’m a novice and wanted to replace a rear light fitting myself. So I called Cambridge branch for advice. You wouldn’t meet a team that is more Honest, helpful and understanding and they also arranged a same stock transfer. With their help, I saved over £200 labour charges. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered a click & collect item but was surprised that when I arrived I had to join a 6 deep queue,after approximately 35 minutes it was my turn and the person serving probably needs a refresh on customer service as no apology for the long wait and not much if any thanks for using your service”
