“This review only applies to Reading (Cardiff Road) I ordered online for in store collection/ payment. Upon entering Euro Car Parts, I had about a 15 second wait until a member of staff greeted me, he took my name/order number. Confirmed the item and then took about 40 seconds to hand me my order. Probably the best experience I have EVER had at a Euro Car Parts! Most stores (mainly High Wycombe) there is a queue of about 10 people, and 1 member of staff at the tills, while the other members of staff shout and swear from behind the door. They never have your order ready for collection, and it takes bloody ages to get your order. Normally because the customer at the front of the queue is looking for parts for their vehicle, rather than ordering online. The till worker doesn't have the brain capacity to ask if anyone is here for a collection, and allow you to skip the queue. I guess Reading (Cardiff Road) is the acception to the rule.”

“Starter motor that i collected did not work, spent the day trying to dianose why it wouldnt work as it wad new and therefore assumed it would. Found that the starter was at fault, returned it only to find they had no replacment so had no car for a week. Yet to have the starter motor replaced as they have no stock.”

“Absolutely disgusted with my whole experience. Bought a battery which I'm now being told is human selection error which is fair enough but to then have zero understanding and no intention of collecting the item which you claim is company policy because it's a battery irrespective of the fact you delivered it! To then be told I have take it myself to my nearest Euro parts store to claim a refund and then be charged extra for the correct battery and finance my own transport because I had no vehicle for transport hence the battery purchase is just diabolical. Oh sorry you offered me a £10 voucher! Doesn't even cover my train fair!”

“Very very good to be honest. I'm in rural Aberdeenshire, ordered disks and pads on a sportage paying for next day delivery. Parts arrived 3 hours later which is pretty outstanding. Being an asshole I ordered the cheaper of the options not realising they were 305mm and not the 320mm I required. Exchange was drama free. Very good experience thanks guys 👍🏻”

“I ordered Starline Alternator for my Toyota yaris. Which was damaged I called eurocar parts and asked them to get a replacement which I was supposed to pickup in the morning as they said we have reserved it and you can come n exchange it then I reached there drove for 35 minutes and they brought the replacement and i was checking it so this time its not dmaged, found out its the different part. And they made me wait for 55 minutes and said sorry we don’t have it in stock. Thats pathetic service. I will never recommend anyone Euro car parts and staff was rude as well not telling me anything and going at the back of the shop and i just kept waiting.”
