“Made online collection order and paid in advance. Received email confirming order details and date to be collected by. Went to collect order 48 hours BEFORE the end date, to be told by staff that a refund had already been made and the items no longer available (out of stock) due to taking too long to collect. Incredibly, after disputing this, it was confirmed that one of the items was actually still at the store and I saw the other was sitting on the store's shelf in plain sight. Normally, eurocarparts are pretty good but service this time around was rubbish. Good job I was paying attention and able to re-buy what I needed, otherwise my planned weekend work would've been ruined.”

“I recently bought service parts from Euro Parts UK, but the advertised promotion of a free oil filter with engine oil was not honoured. I had to pay for the filter, which was disappointing. I hope they improve the accuracy of their promotions.”

“Euro Parts were located 5 minutes walk from where I broke down. The part I needed was established, checked on line, it was in stock. Ordered it for collection the following day, it was late at night when My engine light came on. I picked it up and paid for it the following morning. Fitted within 3 minutes. So smooth. Delighted.”
