“I really don't like shopping here. I only buy when I absolutely have to because no matter when you go, you wait in line for at least half an hour. Only one person works, and the rest wander around the warehouse or sit in the office. Seeing the line is so long, they should help so people don't have to wait so long. The shop is located Thurrock Trade Park, Oliver Rd, Grays RM20 3ED”

“I was given a tatty old box, open, with my brake shoes in it. I asked for new sealed box as there were three in stock according to the website. Told that this was the only one they had so I had to accept as my car was stripped down waiting. Got home and the brake shoes were wrong. Back to the branch and told staff they were wrong. Staff (different person) told me no problem as they have more in stock in sealed boxes - I was fuming! Never again!”

“Ordered parts for delivery, had to go to the store after a couple of weeks and pick them up myself. No note or card ever put through my door to to say delivery attempted, no email or update on order either.”

“Aj order car but er next day delivery when I called them to say delivery gonna be between 9 to 6 nobody turn up so next day I call them nine say somebody gonna call me and I called them As again 11 the guys are gonna call me you’re gonna speak with Man know what’s going on and I call again and nothing happened so on the anti-go to the shop and pick up myself useless”

“I was disappointed by my experience. The staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and I felt as though I was inconveniencing them simply by being there. It gave me the impression that serving customers was a burden rather than part of the service. Unfortunately, this made me feel uncomfortable and reluctant to return. I hope the customer service improves, as a more welcoming attitude would make a big difference. I didn’t wanted to write a review since I got an email I did write about my experience.”
