“Ordered 2 pairs of disc and brakes pads. Collected it from store. Got back home next day gave it to my mechanic to fix. Turn out that I was given the wrong rear brakes pads. Not really professional specially I driven 45 minutes to get it. 😡”

“Shocking! I ordered a compression kit and a rivet gun turned up at my door that’s just laziness from someone if you’re not sure then check. I called in and asked what happened they said they would send me out the correct thing. Nothing happened so I called again and finally got a call back the following morning saying it was arriving that day so to make sure that someone was in the house to swap. Of course then it didn’t turn up so I called to asked where it was and got hung up on most likely because it was 5 minutes before they shut. It turned up a day later. I payed for the next day delivery so when I phoned up I said I was expecting a refund of the money that I payed for the same day delivery they said they would sort it out still haven’t seen that money since.”

“Order arrived promptly,and is top quality. However, oddly, it( drill set) and the invoice arrived in my “ safe space” in no wrapping parcel whatsoever! I’m not bothered by this-saved wrestling with packaging-and associated recycling!, but seemed a bit weird. Won’t affect my shopping with you in the future.”

“I do bought things for my car service and the prices are way to high compare to other companies like GFS. I realised very late and I am still regret that why I paid them double price . I paid £158 pound when same things on GFS were £97 . I’ll never buy from euro car parts again”
