“Was given a faulty alternator then told they can only do a return and swap… told them I have proof the alternator is faulty and I’d prefer not to swap in case receive another faulty product. Received no help what so ever”

“fantastic as always. my last service i went & picked the parts up in person (click & colect) im so glad i did the gentleman serving me checked the list & said that is not the corect oil for your car you want this one & went out to back & bought out the corect one. how much do i owe you i asked & he said don't wory about it so he let have the most expensiv oil for the price of the cheapest. so a masive THANK YOU to you sir i'm so sorry i didn't catch your name to be able to name you. so big up the euro car parts high wycombe.”

“Had one of the item left in stock, managed to reserve it and pay cash when i collected it. Got there early in the morning and fortunately no queues compared to normal so maybe was the best time to visit the shop. Easy transaction, pleasant staff and was in and out within 10 minutes. Perfect, thank you.”

“Unfortunately they have closed my local branch on Prince Regent road and the only close to me is in Boucher which is a nightmare with traffic. So unfortunately I'll not be using the services again for that reason. Pity as they have a good selection of all auto parts and I had been using the Castlereagh road site for almost 10years.... Bring it BACK !!!... So unfortunately because the Boucher road is further away I will go to another Auto store which is also on Price Regent Road.”
