“Ordered a battery for my car after it died, went with next day delivery and it turned up the following morning having ordered at 10pm the night before. Unfortunately it wasnt the right battery (apparently the correct battery has been discontinued by the manufacturer I have since found out). Returned it to my nearest store the following morning and recieved a full refund including the postage. Great service even in the circumstances, highly recomended.”

“Was buying a rear light for my boys clio . Clickbaited on your google ad offering an on line price of £36. 50ish . approx £20 cheaper than elsewhere . Ordered the part ans when i arrived ar your baillieston depot there was no on line price felt cheated and gullible and sorry for your employee behind the sales counter as he must get this constantly. So part was correct sales guy was spot on . 3/5”

“They have the parts , the parts are quality brands , and they offer value for money However AVOID Going into the branch early as they have about 40 vans getting loaded which is a must for the company, as garages and other factors are waiting for VOR & MOT failed parts , so there's only one fellow on the counter running around , rushed of his feet. It might be an idea to have a couple of staff on the counter , just till vans are finished loading , THIS ISNT A CRITICISM OF EURO CAR PARTS OR THIER SERVICE , ONLY A SUGGESTION TO HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS”

“Bought break pads and discs at a reasonable price, only thing that let's this company down is the delivery, I received no notification on when/if my items were dispatched or even when they were out for delivery. Spoke to someone on live chat and was told I would get them by 6pm, arrived 2 days later.”

“Order 3 items! Which on the web site said was instock. When I arrived to pick up my items one was out of stock. I couldn't get a replacement at that point or get a refund. So had to return 2 days later to get the original item I ordered. Total inconvenience!”

“I got an oil filter and it fit , shame I had to hack the old one off and manufacture a tool to get the top plate off. Other thing was post added nearly 50%. Otherwise great!”

“Part identified and easily ordered online for in store collection. Queued for around a hour whilst one guy struggled on the counter on his own, despite an office full of people! Click & Collect should be exactly that, waiting that long when time is money is not ideal.”
