“Poor online service. Orderer a battery for next day delivery and paiod for the next day delivery. Battery did not turn up and no communication as to why. After a chat with a bery helpful online operative, he organised it to be sent out again, but still no delivery the next day. I eventually had to goto the shop and get the battery as it was required quickly. Poor service and will probably not use again”

“Only one confirmation email sent, had no idea when the delivery would be, took longer than the 2-4 days the original confirmation said, no communication about the delivery so I could arrange alternative delivery, parts sitting in warehouse now until I can collect them as I work away, very disappointed.”
