“Great service at desk for the parts advisor very helpful, polite and excellent customer service was experienced. Having been using Euro parts for over a decade fairly good discounted parts with great range of stock that's held, if not available from another branch next day.Highly recommended parts supplier.”

“This is the first time I've bought from Euro Car Parts. It was delivered fairly quick and the guy who delivered was very polite and friendly. I bought some boot struts for my car and replaced them myself, saving the £130 extra that I would have to pay for the garage to do it. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely use again”

“Unfortunately I didn't order the correct parts online, but when I rolled up at the North Lincoln branch -Deacon road, the young lady there was straight on it and sorted the correct parts. Knowing exactly what I needed she couldn't have been more helpful despite it being 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night. 5 star service, good quality parts at as good a price if not better than you'd find anywhere else.”

“Fantastic service. I ordered front discs and pads online which I collected. Came to do the job and with the first disc off found my parts did not match. Went back and they exchanged no problem even though I had broken the seal by opening the pads box. New ones were a few quid cheaper too which they also refunded me. Above and beyond.”

“Prices on the whole good value, I had a problem with small internal light bulbs asked 8 w but had 10w given out only realised on checking invoice had to return following day to be told rarely have stock of 8w. Not happy about back and forth , should be told this at the point of sale.”
