“Spindle which holds the cable fell out of It’s slot and unravelled!! thus making it impossible to place back on and rewind the cable as no stretch or give.”

“I recently bought a wheels brush, car freshener, and dashboard cleaner from Euro Car Parts. The ordering process and pick up ftom my Saltash depot was quick and easy. The wheels brush is strong and does a great job on tough dirt. The car freshener smells great (Vanilla) and lasts well, and the dashboard cleaner leaves a nice, clean finish without any sticky residue. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and service.”

“I had the best experience with a car parts service! I ordered a new battery, and about an hour later, the wonderful delivery driver knocked on my door. I’m so grateful for the service I received; I’ve never experienced anything like it. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!”

“I had to make a few trips to the store in Harlow as the first item I purchased wouldn't fit and I needed to get a refund. Then after some further adjustments to the vehicle I was able to purchase a product in the end and it was delivered to me. The two members of staff who assisted me at the customer desk , (1 male and 1 female whose names I did not catch) were more than helpful, gave good advice each time I was there and helped to process the refund very quickly. I was not home when the final purchase was delivered but the person who delivered it made sure that it was safely left with a neighbour and it was a heavy item. The delivery time was exactly within the time it was expected. So my experience from start to finish was very positive. The staff at Harlow were very customer focused and gave the right advice in answer to all my queries. The product is now in the vehicle and working perfectly. Thank you”

“Fuss free purchase. Wanted a consumable part for the missus’ Car, Went on the usual online sites, Thought I don’t want to drive the Car without the part (cabin filter) fitted or refit the dirty old filter. So I looked up ECP & it was comparative in price (without the wait) so a 5 min drive up the road to collect. Job done”

“Used twice in two weeks first time click and collect order 6 customers one person behind the counter. Takes 15 minutes to get served for them to not have the order read so a further wait. The second time was for an oil filter reserved online to be told when I got there that no one has sent it from the warehouse without even checking the order details. If click and collect as a service is to complex why offer it? Definitely not going to bother with the place anymore I'll go elsewhere”
