“I really needed to use a toilet when I arrived after a journey of 1hr 30 mins from Witney Oxfordshire. I asked if I could use the bathroom and was told no, a clear no. I then had to order my oil through the app to receive the discount which your local competitors will match this with the online price. I then had to wait 15 mins for the order to process, which a bit more wee escaped and still I couldn't use your bathroom. FYI I have used wholesalers for over 35 years and NEVER been refused to use the toilet. Even your nearest competitor (next door in Worcester branch) allow me to use the bathroom. THIS IS A BIT RUBBISH to say the least.”

“Ordered a battery to be collected. All ready when I got there only 30 minutes after ordering (Thirsk ) and the lady was really helpful and even insisted to carry it out the the car. Excellent service ++++++++++++”

“The website says it is compatible and then they backtrack say you ought to check yourself. Lost £40 as mechanic had to put on ramp and incur labour costs. Euro car parts in Uxbridge took no responsibility and fake promises were made about call back.”

“I have purchased brake pads, twice, from Euro Car Parts in the past 6 months and found their service and delivery of the correct parts to be "spot on"! I also returned a third set that I discovered didn't need replacing yet and their refund service was exceptional, as well! Great stuff!”

“Order my wiper blades from you online but they were the wrong ones so i check online to see if you had the right ones in stock so i drove over to exchange for the right ones the lad in your store was very helpful and check that they were the right ones 10 out of 10 many Thanks”

“At this time, I'm happy with my experience at Euro Car Parts. I currently prefer using the Wrexham branch over the Chester branch, as the latter often feels quite chaotic whenever I visit. I ordered my items for collection, and one area where Euro Car Parts could improve is the collection notification process. Rather than simply providing a collection time window, it would be much more reassuring to receive a confirmation that the order is actually ready for collection. In reality, it's difficult to assume everything has been processed exactly on schedule, and there's always the concern that an item may not actually be in stock. In my case, I ended up calling Euro Car Parts to confirm my order was ready, which they did, but this added unnecessary time and effort. A simple "ready for collection" notification would make the experience much more convenient - just like how other businesses do (like Screwfix).”

“Supplied with the wrong brake disks, causing time delay plus a 50 mile round trip to change them for the correct disks, then the only disks in stock or could be obtained were the most expensive over double the cost. I asked if I could have some sort of discount for their mistake and the additional costs I incured and the guy looked at me like I was from outerspace, and said na we don't do that. So don't trust the parts car reg system double check any part numbers independantly.”
