“On the 19 November I purchased battery form europarts Castlereagh the advertised price £201.79 -15% which is£171.52 but I was charged £201.79 I have still not received e mail for purchase I have just Visa receipt of purchase”

“Been using Euro car parts for bout 10 years now. They have a depot close to my house and I find it very useful to he able to check stock, read part description and spec prior to purchase. “I ordered this product online because it was clearly stated that it would fit my car. However, after taking it to my mechanic, I was informed that the part was completely different and not compatible with my vehicle at all. I had to go back to the shop to get it changed and had to spend extra money on taxis because of this mistake, which wasted both my time and money. I am now still waiting for my refund. The information on the website is misleading, and the overall experience has been very disappointing. I hope the refund is processed soon.”

“I ordered brake pads on the website for my car but they were the wrong size. Returned them to the King's Lynn store the next day and the chap on the counter was very helpful, cheery and had the time to explain why I had the wrong ones. Refund given and new ones paid for with no problems. Excellent service.”

“Poor service. Was given the wrong brake when meant to be for my vehicle. Took back after not fitting and asks for some discount for inconvenience on the next brakes up but was told instantly no. Had to pay mechanic for extra time for euro car parks mistake”
