“Bought a Bestway solar cover from them arrived with packaging and cover slit where delivery was opened with some kind of knife. They were great and delivery driver took it back,local store rang and said they'd send replacement. Replacement arrived and gone to get it out today and packaging slit on bottom and solar cover slit again so unusable. Contacted them and been told to contact Bestway and claim under warranty. This is not a warranty issue it has been damaged prior to delivery by someone it is not faulty. Don't seem to understand consumer rights and won't collect or arrange refund so I now need to trapse to a store to try sort even though I ordered online. Amy at customer services was most unhelpful. Said she understands consumer rights and warranties but clearly doesn't as my contract is with euro car parts and they've delivered a damaged item so I am due a refund”

“Great Branded Product. Dispatched quickly BUT they use Evri which meant that the battery lay in Evri's Scottish Depot for a week. Lost the use of the car for 7 days as a result. Forget them if you live in rural ares, Evri do don't give a damn”

“O should give you 0 star 😏 My order never reached me. It was simply left on a desk and was later lost. Your responsibility was to make sure the parcel was delivered to me, not just left unattended with out box or bag. I contacted customer service several times, but I only received the same repeated responses, with no real help or resolution which is I feel down from customer service. I am very disappointed with this experience. I will not be buying from you again, and I will also share my experience with my friends and family.”
