“I ordered some boot struts for my Peugeot at £46.96. These are labelled ‘Stabilus boot & tailgate struts’ and in their description online it reads ‘Fitted quantity: 2’ When I collected, the friendly member of staff asked ‘do you only want one?’ I was under the impression they came as a pair, which I think is reasonable considering how they’re described. But the member of staff was correct that they came singularly, so I had to buy another which the happily had in stock. But it left a very sour taste. If I wasn’t so frustrated I probably would have asked for a refund and got some online for cheaper. I will look elsewhere in the future”
