“Still waiting for my order more than 10 days after ordering, support difficult to contact with lots of faq and bots to get passed to get hold of a human and then they are not able to give much help. Not hopeful the parts will get here any time soon. Avoid if you want anything time sensitive”

“I went through the ordering process on the website and made payment. On doing so I received no confirmation email. I received an email the following day from the dreaded Evri who still have my parts, apparently at their hub, as yet undelivered. I've contacted ECP who assured me they'd investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. Guess what - haven't heard from them. Avoid.”
