“I rang up to see if it was in stock they said no. My wife place a click and collect they said they did have it. In the mean time I found one from a different supplier. Your staff are useless”

“Super disappointed. I ordered a set of oil and filters — and guess what? Only the filters arrived. A few days later, I received an email saying the oil was out of stock and I’d be getting a refund. But come on... that’s like ordering mac and cheese and only getting the mac! Euro Car Parts, please be more professional. If you can’t fulfil the full order, either refund everything or don’t process it at all. Delivering half an order without prior notice is just poor service.”

“Josh @Grimsby very helpful when the wrong rear discs arrived incorrectly (despite being labelled as rear discs they were the front ones), he swapped them out hassle free and professional service without quibble. Generally a positive experience - ideally the discs would have been correct ones when I picked them up - maybe that is a central supply issue and not local branch.”

“I order the steering wheel cover to go under the disc lock as the old one was getting worn. The quality of this is much better than the old ones you used to stock. Easy only ordering, fast efficient staff when collecting. All in all a great experience. Thank you 😊”

“Sunday 1st of June, we went to Gloucester store to collect a pre order battery, we arrived at 10.30am and we left the store at 11.15am, as due to only young guy serving, great chap too, as he we well under staffed, and we over herd that the manger didn’t want to come in, there was a big que, as we waited patiently he was very apologetic, for been under staffed, maybe look at your staffing rotas or maybe the manger can work a Sunday from time to time,”
