“ordered easily online. When I arrived at the store half an hour later, there was no colleague to be seen. When he came out from the back (where I could hear other members of staff chatting) I was rudely asked when I ordered and then told by the store colleague "well I haven't been to the printer in the last 20 minutes" so my order had not been picked. He then sighed, walked off, came back and slammed my wipers on the counter. I was tempted to check if they were damaged. It made me and the other customer in the store feels quite uncomfortable. The wipers themselves were fine and good value. A shame about the service in store.”

“Haven't fitted wheel trims for many a year,the MIL had some to freshen up her old Citroen and they look great,fit really snug and, this is kicker, they were VERY affordable, like ' how can they sell them at this price ' cheap ( brand new by the way) will use again for sure”

“I bought a "click and collect" item which had a piece missing when I went to pick it up. The shop attendant instantly agreed and said they would deliver the part as soon as possible. Well, they found a new item from another of their shops and delivered it within 30minutes of me arriving home - no extra charge.”

“I contacted Europarts via the number given on their website. I asked for a price for a car battery for my taxi, and was quoted a rediculous sum of £275. I then proceeded to order one online with them, and found one for a much more reasonable price of £85. Seems like their staff are trying to rip people off. I won’t be recommending and I shall be passing this info to all other local taxi companies in the area.”
