“Ordered the parts I needed online for delivery and they came the following morning, unfortunately this is my cheapest option as going in store and asking for my trade discount works out more expensive every time. I would imagine this is done on purpose to get people online to do away with local depots”

“Arrived within 10 seconds of another customer (he was in front of me) there was already another customer, I was 3rd in line, it was hotter than hell... One bloke serving while voices back of house could be heard, this 1 staff member tapped away on the keyboard, and went to find the item, took the payment required and moved on to the next customer, I waited approximately 10 minutes to get my C&C order, I'm an impatient person at the best of times, what these back of house staff members were doing I don't know, but unlike Screwfix, maybe don't leave all the work to one person.”

“Rubbish !!! (only gave 1 star because i was unable to score you nought) Ordered online, went to collect after recieving txt, left at counter for 10mins, then told you dont have them, or similar/compatable product. 45mins, 4.8mile roundtrip and nothing. Then i remebered why i stopped using you.”
