“Ordered brake pads Friday evening, picked them up on Saturday morning, they were ready to collect and I was there five minutes. The brake pads were what was expected. I was very pleased 😁”

“Ordering the parts I needed was extremely easy. I called at the chosen store ahead of the allocated time, as I was passing. The gentleman who served me was very courteous & helpful. “youve asked for a review so here you go.... 10 mins to park car at Leic site with incompant employees dumping vans in not parking bays thus impacting customer arrivals. Arrived site , in building at 15.59pm, in queue told wont be searved now as 16.00pm.. order sorted was just collection. Customer service? Maybe some training required here for all to avoid delays. Shop here again...BIG question. Customer service goes a long way”

“I added the reg for the car to get a battery. Bought it and then found it is too big (wide) to fit in the car designated. I'll be trying to return it, but you would hope when you give the reg, make, model etc. the part would actually fit.”
