“Wiper blades were the wrong vlades for my vehicle. The online web site stated they would fit my car. Had to return them and get the correct wipers.”

“Poor customer service. I ordered wiper blades online and went to collect in store and as the order hadn’t come through yet. The store would not honour the price that I brought them for online for collection and would not give me my purchase as they were not aloud to use the stores stock without the order on their system, even though I gave them the order reference and showed them the email provided. Luckily I found the same products on Amazon for next day delivery for a fraction of the price.”

“It would be helpful if this review identified the order to which it relates. I ordered multiple items on line for collection at the branch. On arrival i found several other customers waiting as the orders were slow to come through to the branch. The gent that was serving was appologetic and polite and explained the situation. I chose to wait and he was able to pick the order after approx 20 mins.”

“Nice to have so many premises around my area and generally competetive prices too, I ues the Redhill branch as I can usually park easier than the croydon branch. Service is good and always appear to have the goods I want in stock.”
