“All though I entered my registration number I was told it was the correct battery for the car. I even brought in the old battery. When my garage went to fit the battery it was the incorrect one”

“The gentleman who served me very polite only one issue as he was the only one on the counter I and another person had to wait more than 5 minutes if their was another person would help with the queue regardless how many other wise you would have got 5 stars this is down to the company”

“Went to collect my parts from the Halifax branch after 3pm as per the email - was told my parts would not arrive until the next day, so I did a 20 mile round trip for nothing. Worse still, the manager would not authorise the order for delivery even though it was ECP's fault. So now I have to take another 20 mile round trip. I was warned by colleagues about this place, I gave them a chance but never again - its just not worth the extra hassle. Also, get more staff on the floor instead of drinking coffee in the office, yes I saw you and the shop was busy.”

“I have always used europarts for car parts and found them to be good. On this occasion I purchased on looking at the picture not realising it was for the reel only. Never opened the listing to read this fact. My mistake and would have not bought if known The item itself is poor and there is better on the market at the same price.”
