“I ordered a battery online checked branch had 2 ;;when I went to pick up the battery to be told sorry it won't be in till later in the afternoon.20 mile journey for nothing ..I cancelled it and bought from another supplier.Guy in the shop said it should have said in email that it would not be in till afternoon.But unfortunately it wasn't on my e mail .”

“Buying online was easy and the price was great. Sadly, picking up the part in person took far too long. There was only one person dealing with customers, and they were busy with a complicated order. I waited for ages while a large queue built up before a second person finally came out to help to process our orders.”
