“Recently bought car dehumidifiers from ECP. Great price. Did click and collect from local store. Easy to use website. Nice reminder to say I hadn’t collected my order. A great touch! Great experience from start to finish.”

“I ordered a couple of things, and went to the store. i didnt realise that my order had not arrived, been processed yet, i was too early. None the less, the asssistant was kind enough to give me products in lieu of this, which was brilliant as i had, had a long walk to get there. Once my products had arrived, a day later, i returned them to the assistant...brilliant service in this day and age.”

“This battery was a bit smaller then the one it replaced so I was a bit worried as we had clearly entered the vehicle it was for. However it appears to be ok & the delivery man was lovely. He even brought it into my hall for me as I was trying to control my young friendly pup.”

“I ordered some items then went to the collection point...... however they had not had the notification yet and I was told it could take a further half an hour so if I wanted the items now I would need to purchase them across the counter, which I did as to wait 30 minutes to save less than £1 seemed mad. I then got emails regarding pick-up which I replied to saying what had happened but the emails kept coming. Not brilliant.”

“Pity they don't automatically apply the special discounts - bought a battery to only find out later there was 15% offer on batteries! Cost me £18 and the guy on the counter could have mentioned it as well - click and pay on collect”
