“Ordered my van part on a Friday to be collected on the Saturday due to the fact that the website said it was in stock at the Avonmouth branch. I had cancelled all plans over the weekend due to needing the vehicle on Monday. The part wasn’t in stock when I arrived. I was displeased. It was reordered to arrive the following Monday and when I went to pick it up during my very busy work day, it was the wrong part. I will NEVER use Euro Car Parts again. Please advise.”

“service is terribly poor. I asked if you have a key I want to buy a guy went to check he says they don't have one. I went to the car. I ordered online to pick up I went to the store again the key is available the same person brought it to me”

“Because incorrect parts are shown on your web site after putting in the regestraition no. i have had to return the items that are not the correct ones for the vehicle and purchase the right ones and then you charge for re stocking 16mm spark plugs are correct yet you display 11mm spark plugs i asked the person on the counter and was told it often happens on this web site”

“Parts prices can be competitive however despite always confirming fitment around 25% of parts supplied are incorrect. This latest visit was to return incorrect part, I have had this issue on various cars including Mini, Audi and Citroen.”
