“Arrived with plenty of time to collect item. Person on the desk was extremely rude. Left stood there for twenty minutes, only to be told they had looked for it everywhere, but couldn't locate it. Left with nothing but a refund.”

“Ordered some parts online and was served by Samantha. The whole ordering process was straightforward. Samantha was truly excellent and a fantastic ambassador for Euro Car Parts. She exhibited good knowledge about the product range, gave useful advice, was professional and courteous in her interactions. You need more Samanthas on the team! I would also highlight that Samantha was working as part of a two person team on the day that I visited the store. This person also exhibited great interpersonal skills. Overall a solid 10/10 for the team that day.”
