“Had my car alternator from Euro Car Parts - gave my vehicle reg number for the part however it was a completely different part which didn't fit in my car and I had to pay the mechanic twice.”

“Stop using evri as your courier as they are nothing but trouble. Can’t recommend you while you use this courier as only you determine who is to deliver the parts. I should be able to have a choice at checkout who I choose to deliver even if there is a charge. It’s worth it to save all the stress and hassle.”

“Ordered new battery on line put reg in of my car had battery delivered but the battery terminals were the wrong way round had too take it back and change it same happened too another guy when I taken my battery back Sunday”

“I made an online order and when tried to collect was told it’s been cancelled although was still getting emails regarding collection. The price changed and they just cancelled it and offered to sell at higher price without voucher code. Ordered on Friday turned up on Tuesday to collect which was last day for it and told it’s cancelled but got an email on Wednesday to confirm cancellation. A wasted trip to shop.”

“I don't do mutch owrk on cars these days now I am 75 but my recent purchases of an alternator and a pair of rear shock absorbers was nice and easy with the help of the staff who checked to make sure that I was getting the right parts. Very good service and I would reccomend euro car parts to anyone.”
