“This company is great for cost and convenience. There are, however, some weaknesses and discrepencies between use of the App and website. Some discounts advertised on the website and consequent emails are not available when buying from the app. This needs to be addressed before I can consider giving 5 stars.”

“Ordered parts for Delivery. Rearranged a delivery date for the next day, and they didn't turn up! and wasting my time. Their parts are ok, but need to sort their delivery drivers out. If you need the parts without taking that risk, go pick them up yourself.”

“Website is hard to filter between multiple versions of the same item, searching by part number would be better. Self check in would streamline the pickup process as it usually takes a while to get through the desk especially if someone doesn’t know what they need”
