“Visited the Guildford branch at the weekend, just after lunch, to collect an item I'd already ordered online. Despite this, it still took over twenty minutes to be served. Only one person was serving customers, and I was fifth in a queue of seven. After waiting around ten minutes with no movement in the queue, I had to suggest to the (clearly overwhelmed) staff member that he get some help. There appeared to be plenty of staff in the offices behind the counter, but all seemed reluctant to come out and serve customers. Eventually, someone did. This wasn't a case of being short-staffed, it was a case of back-office staff not paying attention to what was happening in the shop. My recommendation would be for staff to be more conscious of queue lengths and for someone to step in promptly during busy periods, rather than leaving one person to cope alone. Eurocar Parts used to be my first choice but now very often significantly more expensive than its competitors.”

“Sorry to main, it’s just not a nice experience shopping. Website is frustrating to find things and the staff in branch just aren’t that helpful or look at all happy to be there. The only saving grace was being open normal working hours on a Saturday”

“My windscreen wipers were starting to squeak and I bought a new set online. They were easy to install and instantly improved from the previous wipers. It was easy to check which wipers fitted my car, one quick click and I picked them up the next day.”

“Ordered the parts I needed online for delivery and they came the following morning, unfortunately this is my cheapest option as going in store and asking for my trade discount works out more expensive every time. I would imagine this is done on purpose to get people online to do away with local depots”
