“Not completely ECP fault but, order was for left side wing mirror glass. First one was a right hand glass in left hand box, replacement was then for wrong car, then replaced by completely wrong part, so refunded. All done in store, and just to add store service is always slow.”

“Hello, We purchased AdBlue from Euro Car Parts under the impression that it was a competitively priced and reliable product. However, after adding this AdBlue to our fleet vans, it caused a serious and costly issue. As a result, three vehicles were taken off the road, and the repairs have cost us several thousand pounds. Given the severity of the impact this product has had on our business, I would strongly recommend reviewing whether this product should continue to be sold.”
