“I ordered new windscreen wipers on line, I double checked they were the correct ones however, when I collected them I checked they were the correct ones, even though all the details were correct on the confirmation email they weren't the right ones. The lady on the counter was very helpful and I finally got the correct ones. The wipers themselves are great and I will use Euro Car Parts again I just won't buy on line.”

“I ordered some impact sockets on Thursday 24th June and paid for next day delivery as I was going on holiday on the 26th of June, I received this after I left for my holiday. I saw the delivery on my ring doorbell he just threw it on the floor in front of the door. Not at all happy with your service, I will not be using you again if this is how you work, I want a refund of the delivery charge.”

“They didn't deliver my item within the agreed timescale - it is still showing as 'order processing', so hasn't even been dispatched. I've not been able to get a response from them by either email or phone to find out when/if I will eventually receive it. So it's somewhat ironic that they've now emailed me asking for a review!”

“The customer service provided by the staff was very poor from the Gloucester store. Had to wait around 30 minutes just to collect my order. Seems like most of the staff members don’t know what they were doing and don’t speak to the customer with respect. The guy served me looked like he is using drugs. Really disappointed”
