“Ordered online but when going to collect the order the customer service representative said: 1. No online orders could be processed as the system was down meaning he couldn't see any order numbers. 2. I said I've got the order number on my phone I can give to you to find the order. 3. He then said that wasn't an option as apparently online prices are different to non-online prices and neeeded raise the order separately and have pay for it again which I did. 4. That turned out to be incorrect as I was then charged exactly the same price I originally paid online. 5. I still haven't had a refund for order 513-00001640242. Please let me know once this has been refunded. Thanks.”

“I went to pick parts up and got told I was not allowed to collect them because there were to many people collect part and staff said they had to go at 4 it would be nice to be told of this before setting out to collect so not wasting journey I did not have time to pick up next day and drove by Halford and got from there to save me coming out again and just got refund from you.”

“The young sales advisor who serves us is fantastic and absolute 10 out of 10 couldn’t be nicer very professional. She’s always there to help. I don’t like the fact there’s a discount online but when you go in, you can’t get the same deal.”
