“Euro Carparts In General offer a very good service overall. I do think there could be slight room for improvment as I have been several times to the St Helens branch and every time I have been there I have waited in a queue due to only one Euro Car parts employee on the desk which when the queue is out the door there isnt much room in the office where you pay and collect the goods. Also I bought a car battery a week or two ago and it looked like it had been in stock a while due to it not looking like it was brand new as there were marks on the top of the battery which looked like something had been placed on top of my battery as there was thick dust and scrape marks on it! Other than that the service has been good.”

“Purchased a battery, unfortunately the terminals were the wrong size. The crewe branch refused to give a refund as I had tried to fit that battery and they could sell it as new. Not sure how your meant to know if the batteries right without trying to fit it. So £75 down the drain certainly won't buy again from eurocar parts after this experience.”

“I bought a pair of discs for my vehicle and had to return them as they would not fit, I had to pay for a new pair that was the right size and only got refunded for one disc not two, this meant I had to ring them and arrange for the rest of the refund, if they had a policy where a customer needs an exchange, they would just charge the difference instead of being charged and having to wait for refunds.”

“The most difficult shop for an everyday car part called oil. Staff excellent but in the end I had to go to a competitor for an everyday car item oil. That after a few weeks thinks that meant I had to go through a series of refunds which was the system says and the system is wrong”
