“Prices are good but counter service is so slow alway just one person although you can hear so many people in the office next door joking and laughing talking. it agrivating !! why can one of them come out and speed things up !!! watford branch. Move this office away from the customers so they dontt hear how unprofesional. Good prices but due to service i rather pay a bit more and have better service”

“It's nice to have the store, not online only. Only one bad thing is that often that stores do not have the part and they need to order for you or send it to you from the warehouse. So if you want same day take your part and work with. You often not able to do that.”
