“Very disappointed, I purchased 3 rechargable battery powerd work lights, however only 2 of them work. Now im having an issue with contacting Euro to work out a returns procedure, thats assuming they teke the faulty unit back.”

“I tried to attach the metal ring to each of the hub caps following the instructions and each of the securing area on the back side of the plastic broke off I attempted on each of the 4 trying to be gentle and using minimal pressure although they each broke, I then attempted to secure them with the zip ties given in the box and within 2 hours I had lost a hub cap as the zip ties provided were not in good condition, overall I would say do not waste your money on these.”

“Excellent online ordering - simply entered my reg & it found the parts I needed that fitted my car. Great range of options & Great January discount code was a bonus. I opted for next day delivery & parts were delivered early (before 10am) the following day. Have just ordered new wind screen wipers & again, very easy to navigate online ordering & much cheaper than other companies. Have opted for free delivery this time & I am confident that I will get similar levels of service for this order. Can recommend based on ease of website, great choice of products, good offers, free delivery option & will use again in future”

“Hatch back struts, were correct size and quality. They were straight forward to fit and like the stuts they replaced were German manufactured. I ordered from Euro parts as if they did not fit I could get a refund. I had ordered struts from the internet from a different source that were cheaper but they would not fit and had to return them.”

“I arrived at Swindon branch to collect, having received confirmation it was ready, but then was told that it was not possible to collect because of road delays in Birmingham. I feel that my wasted journey could have been avoided if I had been contacted before the expected collection time.”

“Ordered online but when going to collect the order the customer service representative said: 1. No online orders could be processed as the system was down meaning he couldn't see any order numbers. 2. I said I've got the order number on my phone I can give to you to find the order. 3. He then said that wasn't an option as apparently online prices are different to non-online prices and neeeded raise the order separately and have pay for it again which I did. 4. That turned out to be incorrect as I was then charged exactly the same price I originally paid online. 5. I still haven't had a refund for order 513-00001640242. Please let me know once this has been refunded. Thanks.”
