“The windscreen wiper was not suitable for my car. In order to identify the correct part, I had to provide my car registration and a recommendation came up. In fact the wiper then supplied didn't fit the car so I had to order another. Delivery was rather slow too.”

“Euro car parts really need to look at the Screwfix way of ordering and collection pick up. Ordered a pollen filter whilst in a queue only to be told it takes 10 to 15 minutes for them to receive the order at shop, mean whole I have an email saying the order was ready to collect? Come on euro car parts sort your app and ordering system out please”

“I used to use Europarts a lot until a couple of years ago when the prices in some cases more than doubled! I can understand what happened as they used to be competitive but now some parts are more expensive than the main dealers! Makes no sense but I don't even bother checking Europarts now as the price is always so expensive. I don't know how they stay in business unless there are special discounts for others?”
