“Part ordered was good. The admin questionable. Had a phone call from I assume the parts order team saying I'd missed a non existent call and the item wouldn't be delivered for another couple of days. Within an hour the delivery guy at my door with my item, equally confused about my phone call information.”

“Part of my order was oil. Given wrong brand and type. Rang customer services as only one available and asked if could be put on the side for exchange as I live a distance away. Customer service very very unhelpful, as were unable to do so. Next time I need parts I will try another supplier.”

“Absolutely useless. Placed an order for oil (not a random or difficult to source item) ordered over a week ago for delivery. Item not delivered and chased the order over three days and still no idea when/if they will be delivered”

“Euro Car Parts (ECP from here on) is the ONLY place to go for anything automotive. Yes, you can trawl the internet for a sub-standard part that will save you 40p, but it just isn't worth it. Quality parts, always in stock, great staff and enough branches so you don't have to drive across the world to get there. I've been using ECP for 20 years and never really realised how good they are, until my local branch closed. Now I have to drive an extra 2 miles...but it made me realise how good they are. Well done ECP, keep it up.”

“Order and payed for parts online for same day collection. On arrival, one of the parts was not in stock but was available from another store 15 miles away! I decided to collect from the other store and was promised they would phone ahead so I didn't have trouble getting th3 parts online for I had already paid for. Well this didn’t happen so after a 30 minute drive I had to wait at least another 30 minutes for the manager to try to make contact with the first store to confirm what I was telling him. Not impressed!”
