“I did buy the cheaper wipers recommended for my van because I did not want to pay £85 for wiperblades ,and the cheaper did come with different fitment kits but none of them fitted so I had to make them fit by filling down and holding in place with screws”

“Ordered wiper blades. Wrong parts sent which was a picking error. I contacted Customer Service three times over two days without much success. Customer Service seemed unwilling or unable to sort and I had to escalate to a manager who speedily resolved. Eventually wrong part uplifted and correct part delivered. Was told Branch Manager would ring me to explain, this never occured.”
