“Parts ordered 08/01/26 @ 17:58. Confirmation received showing availability of parts at store from 09/01/26 @ 09:00hrs. Travelled (some distance) to store to find parts had not been delivered. Parts eventually available 12/01/26 after 17:00hrs, requiring multiple chasing calls to central call centre to confirm availability. Promised call from branch never came. Eurocarparts, when it works, its fine, when it doesn't, its a nightmare if you urgently need parts.”

“I had to buy a new battery. It was ordered online and was available immediately. When I got to the shop I asked if it was the correct one and the salesman serving me was very helpful and corrected my mistake. I would go again in the future.”

“This is the 2nd time ive been given the wrong part for my car after putting my car details in and the specs saying that it would fit. Not ideal when i need to sort for my MOT. Wont be using for parts again!!”

“I ordered some wiper blades for click and collect. They were apparently ready to collect within 30 mins of ordering. All good so far. However, I went to collect my order on the following day and there was a queue of people waiting for their orders to be brought out. There seemed to be a serious lack of staff. After about 15 minutes in which nobody appeared from the stock room the young lady at the desk disappeared out the back.. Eventually she came out with my wiper blades which seemed to make the others appear disappointed that they were still waiting. Not the best experience but maybe it was just a bad day.”

“My factory needed Acetone which is vital to production. DPD managed to fail to deliver twice. So I had to search locally . EURO CAR PARTS were the only company to get in stock rapidly or actually have it so kept us going”

“It’s worry when the car fails an MoT, but the parts where available and at a reasonable price. I Cole yes them on the way home and had them fitted in a couple of hours. Back to the Mot the next day, passed. Bish Bosh Bash, done for another year.”
