“First time user so did not know what to expect. Parking was a challenge due to poor parking of others taking up 2 bays. Paid for my pre order and waited for someone to collect it. After 10 minutes of no activity I saw what I wanted on the shelf and so took it to the counter and asked if I could take it. Yes and I was out.”

“t was easy to order and explained very well that it would fit my car with all the dimensions of the battery. It also arrived nice and quickly. which was a change. I find Euro car parts good but in the past they were very slow in delivering. Als it was hard to find out how long the battery was guaranteed for. After only two years with Euro car parts the remainder I would have to contact Bocsh.”

“Excellent staff especially Brad at Darlington branch. We had problem with brake discs and pads and he helped us claim a refund through their warranty process which we wouldn’t have known about if we hadn’t of checked. He was really helpful.”
