“CHERTSEY BRANCH TERRIBLE SERVICE SHOULD OF HAD IT FREE DELIVERY FROM THEM BUT DIDN'T TURN UP. I WENT IN THERE AND THE PERSON SERVED ME JUST SAID YEAH WE'RE HAVING A BIT OF PROBLEM WITH DELIVERIES, NOT EVEN AN SORRY.”

“I am writing this review after an invitation to do so from Euro Car Parts. I ordered an item that ECP said would be available the same day at a specific time and a specific store and was given a code to enable me to collect it. I waited and proceeded to the store only to be told it wasn't there and I'd need to call back the next day. Now that to me was not acceptable and so I cancelled the order as I could have gone to many shops that day to purchase said item. ECP's only saviour and the person that saved a one star review was Darren from customer support who was most pleasant and professional and refunded my money without a problem straight away. My advice to ECP for what it's worth is don't make false promises or mess customers about just to snare custom.”

“They don’t check returns and just accept any old rubbish in a box and then have the cheek to sell that to a customer. Lost a day of work due to this and had to end up replacing the discs which cost more. Issue was resolved at store but your policy is ridiculous. Almost didn’t accept the return because of oil in the box, the same oil which was in the box from whoever returned it. Still yet to receive my refund. Then I end up paying more due to in store price being more than online. Issue is not directly with this store but everybody abuses the return system at LKQ and people like me Suffer because of it and your entire network needs Reform.”

“I used to use that website for many orders and it was usually fine. This time its a joke, i was waiting for my order for 10 days just to receive ref und of 3.95£ (my order was for almost 30£) and than after another days and reaching for customer service i got another refund for the rest of the money. Nobody even bothered to let me know that my order was cancelled, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE”
