“I was picking up a small lightbulb. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes to be served. Only one staff member was dealing with customers despite there being 3-4 more back office. This is a poor look and with no explanation leaves me, the customer feeling like I am not the priority. I like to support local shops but I could have ordered the same product for a few pennies more with Amazon, much more convenient.”

“I purchased online a Triple QX TQX Aircon Sanitiser 150ml. As per instructions I firmly pressed down on the valve BUT THIS DID NOT LOCK making it very difficult and hazardous to complete the process I keep getting reminded to pick up the product although I already did. Called Euro Car Parts (head office and branch) to flag. But this keeps happening. Very annoying”
