“The service in the Redhill is generally quite bland. The guy that serves you doesn’t do much conversing nor do I feel welcome, I only come euros because if I need something instantly, otherwise I avoid it due to the poor service”

“Poor Service with this order, wasn't delivered in the end after waiting and waiting, spending time on the phones un-answered, no call backs, no assistance through customer services, I had a 60m minute round trip to collect. Not quite free delivery!”

“Ordered 1 item online for delivery from the Hoddesdon branch, paid £5.95 for next day delivery and the driver decided to post a 'sorry we missed you' card instead of posting the actual item through the letterbox, and it 100% fits without forcing it. I then had to either rearrange delivery or collect the item, I chose to collect as I needed it the previous day which Is why I paid extra for delivery!! I wasn't sure that a person could be THAT incompetent, but here I am being proved wrong by the deliverydriver !!1”
