“Had a Battery break down on my boat, went online on Friday night found what I needed ordered and payed and went to Weymouth’s store to collect Saturday morning 8am and it was ready to collect, brilliant service very helpful assistant this is the second time they have got me out of trouble again for my boat Thanks Euro car parts !!”

“I picked up my item, the process was easy and fast no issues. Until i got home and i realised i had white paint in my vercal and on my clothes. After inpection there was a sgnificant amount of what appears to be gloss white paint - it was oilly. This caused me issues trying to clean my car and then my clothes. I was dissapointed with this.”

“Having moved from the southeast up to the northeast it's good to still have ECP as my local regular source for the majority of car parts and service consumables. Ok, it's a bit further away but ordering online with click and collect is such an easy way to shop. It's also good to know that I can order for delivery if my car is off the road. I probably use ECP for 90% of all my requirements for our 2 cars so, yes, I'm happy with the service.”

“Used my reg when called up, picked my parts up went to fit them and was all right size. Went back to exchange them and pay the difference as the person on phone said I could. But when I arrived there they said they wanted the full amount to be paid then wait for the refund. Bad customer service in my opinion”

“Ordered my parts on 17/06/26, it is now 28/06/26 and I still don’t have my delivery. Delivery said 3-4 working days, I have called the delivering store (Enfield - 25/06) who had no excuse as to why it wasn’t sent out for delivery. I was told it would have been sent out the next day (26/06) however I still haven’t received my items. Embarrassing, the last time I bother with ECP now that a NAPA has opened closer to me.”

“Car battery: Despite knowing in advance that they could not use DHL to send a car battery on the Next Day delivery service, they still took my money for that service and did not bother to notify me that it would infact be coming via Evri, which is notoriously bad for taking weeks to deliver....if at all. I had to contact THEM, to find out why 24hrs later I had still not received my - quote - "one hour delivery schedule notification so that you don't have to wait in all day for your delivery!". That's when they told me it was never going to come the next day. They refused to cancel or refund my order so that I could get a battery from someone else. They did refund my delivery cost though....woopee-doo. Had I known in advance that the service Euro Car Parts advertised, offered and sold on their website didn't actually exist, I would never have used them, I would have used someone else. As it was Evri delivered my battery just about within a week of me ordering it, so I still missed a long awaited medical appointment, being able to get to work and a variety of other appointments for which I need a car, living in a rural area with useless public transport as I do. When the battery finally arrived, the bag it was in had sulphuric acid sloshing about inside it and the absorbent inner bag was saturated with acid too. Great job Euro Car Parts! Will never ever use again, and advise that you don't too.”
