“Que time was too long. One person on the counter, yet other staff members walking past, chatting and loving life whilst the que was 4 deep. Not a great experience. The person who, finally, served me was friendly and helpful. My order was a click and collect so it was waiting once I got to the front of the que.”

“Was told part was ready for collection. Arrived and waited 15 mins while part was searched for. Eventually told part was not here and lost somehow. So wasted trip - store is not 5 mins up road it’s hour round trip. Told would be re ordered and in store after weekend so job now put off customer unhappy. Left store got back only to receive email receipt which stated I had collected part and order was complete! No other email about new order. Had to then spend up to an hour on phone to help line to get there help to intervene and find out what hell is going on. Next day got a call saying part now ready and received £10 gift voucher thing for wasting my time. Went to store picked up part no explanation as to why it was lost etc. decided to use voucher while there to get antifreeze and told cannot use voucher in store only on line!! I give up….”

“Bridgwater store took 30 mins to serve two customers in front of me, I am heavily pregnant and there was nowhere for me to sit while I waited. Man on front desk was arguing with the first customer, in the end that customer was right, he was missing an item in his product. Need more staff on tills and somewhere to sit while you wait. Came away feeling pain from standing for so long and the product I bought was found to be misshapen when installed.”

“Ordered a water pump , next day delivery, it didn’t arrive. Called the help centre , had to wait 24 HOURS for a reply , still no resolution but the enquiry had been upped to area manager level - which would take more time . I solved the problem myself by calling the branch directly, the staff were very helpful and delivered the pump that afternoon . Why oh why could that not have been done by the helpline staff ??? The issue could have been solved in 15 minutes! They did however manage to send me a self congratulatory email saying how well they had done in resolving my issue ! - yeah - the one that I and the local branch resolved !! Brilliance”

“Not car related. But found a product I have been looking for on this site. With the extremely hot weather lately in the UK we have been plagued by mosquitos biting us at night. I have been looking for a good mosquito killer for the bedrooms and found the Wolf Mozzi Zapper had very good reviews and was being sold on Euro Car Parts website. I thought I would try it. If anyone is looking for an effecctive, very reasonably priced, small unobstrusive mosquito killer then this is definitely the one to buy. Since using it we have had no bites, but have found at the most 8 dead mosquitos in it in the morning, and at the least, 2. Highly recommend this. It definitely deserves its high recommendation rating.”
