“Ordered some wiper blades , put my reg in came out with the correct vehicle , went to pick them up , all boxed up got wrong ones , 2 wasted trips , was advised to go to the local euro car parts , with the original wiper blade so they could match it up so I’m not a very happy customer”

“Ordered some parts they were not delivered on time. Chased via customer service who were very helpful but the local Chertsey branch still did not deliver. Had to cancel the order in the end. The rating for the branch is a 1 Customer Service did their best to help and keep me informed 4”
