“Bought two windscreen wipers. Tried to return one as bought one to many. Box not even opened. Staff opened on returning to find one clip missing so cant return. Very frustrating to be told you need to check the box before leaving with item previously. The fact the box sealed was very frustrating. Spent 60 pound in total on 4 windscreen wipers and been refused to take one back as not required is very poor.”

“Product wise no problem however your Bedford store needs improvement. The attitude displayed by the staff towards queuing customers is so bad that I doubt that I will buy from you again. Certainly I won’t collect from Bedford again. Trying to park outside the store is challenging at best.”

“Great to pick things online and reasonable prices and reserve them for pick up at a chosen location. The guy in Bath Europarts on the evening I went to pick up the items I reserved was a nice friendly guy who was quick at serving and efficient.”

“One word… awful!!! I attempted on two separate occasions in my local area to purchase one of these items (Meguiars bucket lid). It was priced well, however it’s apparent why... Upon arriving to collect it at first I was told the delivery was running late and to come back later despite having a confirmation email and secondly the condition of the item was extremely poor with no packaging to protect it whatsoever when I eventually received it. To be clear, on two occasions the item’s condition was the same and it’s completely unacceptable to advertise something as “new” when it’s so obviously not and in extremely poor condition. Neither of the staff I spoke to hesitated to issue me a refund upon raising this issue, given its obvious poor condition. I’d strongly advise anyone against this product to avoid disappointment.”

“I have been purchased parts from Europcar parts for so many years, this time I ordered a car battery and there was no notification about the delivery and person dropped battery outside porch under heavy rain- think about the product and call or leave a message to a person about the delivery - don’t just got up and leave the item. Improve your delivery system- very poor- You call yourself ‘Euro’, at least learn to do ‘Local’ first.”

“Website very good. Found the parts I needed fairly quickly. Parts I ordered for click and collect arrived at my nearest outlet next day. Staff were polite and helpful on phone. No nonsense at pick up point. A smooth, hassle free process. Parts were well packaged and good quality. One point with website : I struggled to access the advertised discount. After a live chat with a representative, I managed to get the generous discount applied to my order. Pleased with purchase.”

“Hello, I needed to change the two front and one rear wipers on my car to continue with this winter driving. I ordered online using my vehicle's reg and I completed the click and collect and went to my local store. Parking was good and the lovely staff member processed and gave me my wipers. The member of staff was polite and friendly and out in the carpark,I managed to clean my vehicle's front and rear glass and then changed the wipers there. Used my screen wash and operated the new front and rear wipers. What a great difference that made, then it started to rain, perfect timing, thanks.”
