“I purchased my items online for collection, when I arrived to collect my items they were unable to fill my order as the items were no longer available but I could purchase a more expensive one! I requested a refund and was told I would have to wait until Monday, I chased this up as I still had not been refunded and in the end this was only actioned by the automated function as I was marked as not having picked up my items! This was my first time making purchases from Euro car parts and it will be my last!”

“I am not sure how relevant this review will be for the company or for other customers, as my last purchase was only a shampoo and wax for my Karcher. However, I still wanted to share my experience. The price was around 30% cheaper compared with other stores, which was a pleasant surprise. Another big advantage was the same-day collection option. In many other places, the item was not available immediately and would only be delivered to the store within 2–3 working days. I have ordered from Euro Car Parts several times in the past, usually small parts or products that I need quickly. So far, everything has been straightforward, with fast collection or delivery and no issues at all. Nothing to complain about — good prices, convenient service, and reliable for smaller urgent purchases.”

“First time for everything ordered front pads online to collect in shop ....asked female who handed me the box to double check they are correct for my car she agreed they were the right pads. Taken old ones off the new are an inch longer and different fittings!”
