“First off I was led to believe that the battery that was recommended for my car was the right one. This proved to be completely wrong. In buying another battery unfortunately in Canterbury I was not able to achieve a refund on on the initial battery and it was not accepted and therefore I could not receive my refund. I’m going back to Folkstone I remarked that this was the case and was led to believe that was not the right policy from Canterbury thoroughly disillusioned by the whole episode. A line battery was that which was recommended for my car but I in the end opted for a more expensiveOne.”

“I ordered the part i required on line and was informed the part would be in the store at 9am 2 days later. I arrived to collect the parts ontime as per the email from EC only to be told, the part wasn't in as the delivery lorry had broken down. Why cant EC be as quick to inform customers of these matters as quickly as they can to confirm a purchase. The guy on the counter saved the day by arranging an alternative brand. Fair play to him, great service from Blackpool.”

“I would like to say that the customer care I received at Euro Car Parts Harlow was first class. Who ever serve me was one of the most jolliest and informative sales staff I have come across and his colleague at the back was very helpful too.
