“I order many parts on many occasions from Euro car parts and I usually go for click and collect from the Harlow branch. Every time i go in to collect my parts i see a very long queue and the waiting time is up to 10-15mins before you get seen and you have only one person serving. They take your details and leave the till point to look for parts which takes around 5-10m again. I have experienced this over 3 times now. I can see other colleagues walk up going towards the door but seems like they’re not interested to help or they are not bothered. Hope you can get this rectified as other customers also looked frustrated. Many thanks”

“Still waiting for the courier company you have chosen to delivery the battery. It has now been over a week and it still has not been delivered. They have said they have had problems delivering it to the address in Newhaven, however the battery is being delivered to a company (Brighton and Hove Buses) in Newhaven which is open 24/7, including the engineering department. As it’s the weekend, I will give the courier one last chance to deliver the battery Monday. If this doesn’t happen I will be asking for the money back I have paid for the battery and use a company closer to our Site. “Placed my order the day before and picked it up the following day took it to my mechanic and found out I had made a mistake and I had ordered 2 set's of rear discs not front and rear took one set back and got the front set which was in stock paid the difference in price so can't complain at all good work”
