“No issue with the product itself which I ordered online. The delivery driver called me on my mobile while sitting in his van, asking me to come down and get the parcel from him while he is seated in the van. I refused and asked him to deliver like any other delivery driver does for the past 10 years at our place. He refused and said he would come again the next day. After waiting for 3 working days I ringed up Euro and collected my car part instead of waiting even further.”

“I'm glad you sent me this survey to complete, i don't normally complete reviews like this but I will this time. I went to Euro Car Parts to get some spark plugs for my car. I ordered them online while in the car park. When I entered the store in St Helens the young lady behind the counter informed me that as I'd ordered them online they'd be around 20 minutes. A bit of a hassle but I could deal with it. After waiting 15 or 20 minutes I re-entered the store and my order was brought to me. I realise I'd made a silly mistake and I'd only ordered one spark plug and not the 4 I needed. The lady behind the counter informed me that if I ordered 3 from her I wouldn't get the discount that I got online. As I've been there longer than I'd intended I just ordered in store. Then I realised just how much money I'd save with the online discount (I accept responsibility for my indecision at this point). I apologised to the lady and requested a refund so that I could order online again and get the discount (this basically added up to one of the three spark plugs effectively costing nothing (I'm not in the habit of throwing money away be it £2 or £200 I know the value of a pound). The young lady behind the counter although she kept everything professional I could feel she was getting frustrated with me (I'm a big boy I'm not bothered about that in particular) she informed me that the time now was 5:30pm and they close at 6:00 p.m. prompt. If I reorder online now I'd have to be quick as the order will take 20 minutes to go through the system. This is my big problem with your ridiculous current business model. I explained to her that if I order now the spark plugs that I want were right there on the counter why can't I just pay online and have them. "it doesn't work like that, it has to go through the system and it takes around 20 minutes". COME ON euro car parts!!!! Wake up!!! It's 2026, ai is advancing the world into unbelievable new territories yet at euro car parts I can't place an order and pick up the parts THAT are 30cms away from me! If you're reading this, this isn't some random customer moaning about nothing in particular YOU KNOW this is a very silly and very EASILY fixed issue that you should indeed get fixed! Nothing should take 20 minutes digitally (I except picking the order could take some time as there may be a back log BUT IT WAS ON THE COUNTER I FRONT OF ME 😂😂😂)”

“Ordered parts, was told I coudl collect by 4pm the same day, drove 20 miles to collect them to be told they hadn't got them nad they'd be in monday. Monday came I went back "we've only got half the order they havent sent the rest" after a phone call they said theyd give me a different brand, fine. Went home took the wheel of started changing the brakes the pads were wrong had to wait another to days to get the right ones. Obviously accidents happen but it just seemed one after the other”
