“Car would not start flat battery but also was 3 years old so new battery required.Did not know that Euro car parts delivered so went on the Web site went on to Car batteries put my registration of my car and shown the battery for my car ordered one on line plus same day delivery for a extra price with 2 hours battery arrived with invoice all in all good price and service”

“I needed a new battery for my wife's Audi TT. It was evening time so I booked and paid on line for a new battery to be delivered. 9:00 the next morning it was delivered. Excellent service (and with a smile).”

“Very poor customer service! I was dealt with in a very dismissive way regarding the ECP price match policy - my purchase of a car battery fitted the criteria for a price match as I had compared it correctly and sent in the correct information - twice - I received a kurt email advising that my request was unsuccessful for a completely different unpublished reason. The car battery was over £200 more expensive than at least four other UK qualifying retailers. And I had to chase customer service as my car was off the road waiting for a response. Won't be using ECP again, and won't recommend.”

“Shop is understaffed and very slow always a queue of people waiting,I ordered a noco booster online went in the next morning to collect it waited in the queue for approx 30 mins to then be told we don’t have it in store which I was told they did, he then ordered from another store and I got it later that day after queuing up yet again customer service isn’t great”

“I ordered new breakpad front and rear as well as sensors and everything for a service. I put the reg of my car into the app and ordered the parts that said they were compatible for my car. Yet when they were given to the mechanic only the front break pads and sensors and the oil filter was compatible for my car. I then had to return everything else.”
