“Staff in branch always attempt to be helpful, but it always seems under staffed. Never tried ordering in branch and place orders online. Having said that, went elsewhere for parts yesterday as the website wasn’t working. I don’t like the use of discount codes, which only apply to certain products, as prices are clearly artificially inflated to compensate. The App completely is hopeless.”

“I’ve purchased some items one was not in store wanted to cancel item inside store they wouldn’t do that because item is not available was told this will get cancelled one arrives in store now I’m having issues with refund. Absolutely unreliable”

“Ordered discs and pads 13th June, and still not arrived by 27th June. If I had been told on ordering they were not available, I would have gone elsewhere. It took me to instigate contact over the issue, as I received poor updates, and Darren has since kept me updated. The latest update being the delivery is at the depot after issues with Evri. This is not helpful. Used this company for years and they have always been excellent, seem to have gone downhill of late.”

“The front grill for a Puma 20 Plate was perfect looked exactly the same as a dealer part. Had to collect as it said my postcde wasn't recognised, but on other brake parts I ordered it was ???????”

“I found the battery I wanted, used click and collect and was there to collect it in 10 minutes. The very helpful colleague in the shop offered to carry it out to my car (I use a walking stick) - I did not need the help but was very well pleased with the service offered.”

“I ordered a set of brake pads for my daughter’s car at about 2pm on a 2-3 day delivery. They then arrived on my doorstep at just before 3pm on the same day! Unbelievable service and you can’t ask for any more than that. Highly recommended.”
