“l purchased oil and filter from the Stockport branch, the young man that served me had an attitude problem in the aggressive manner he spoke to me, I normally buy from the old Trafford branch and will continue to do so in future, where the attitude is friendly and helpful, I will not use Stockport again”

“They didn't honour the online discount as it wasn't on their system yet. Basically he wasn't interested and didn't do nothing to do a little investigation. But was very happy to charge full price and seem to get a kick out of it... Very disappointing as been using euro car parts for over 15 years or so Definitely will not be using again at all”
