“I'm extremely disappointed. I've made online order on 11 of June. Last part has arrived yesterday on 24 of June. Euro car parts promise 3-4 day delivery my experience shows 10 working days, twice I've been in branch. When I sent online request they promise 4 hours response in real life take a day. I'll never order again.”

“Have always had a good experience before but this time it has been awful. Needed a car battery quickly so ordered for next day delivery, but it wasn't delivered. Promised the next day but again no delivery, so finally arranged to collect in store. Then I had a delivery whilst out of another battery, and now having two collections promised and not collected, I am disposing of the additional battery at a recycling centre.”

“I carried out an Internet search for a Flymo grass strimmer and one of the options to my surprise was Euro Car Parts. I have used them before when I have purchased car parts. I ordered it one day and collected it the following day. I was fortunate that there wasn't a queue, however when I have been before when there was a queue, the service was very quick. I told the guy that served me that I was surprised to be able to purchase a grass strimmer and he told me that they sold tents as well. I cannot comment about the strimmer because I haven't used it yet but it is the same make and model as the one it has replaced, so hopefully it will be alright.”
