“I have been to the Hove branch twice. Both times I’ve stood there while the staff chat to other customers. Don’t even acknowledge my existence. Also it’s quicker to go in person than click n collect as there is a delay online.”

“I am so impressed with Euro car parts. Best company I've dealt with in a long time. Prices were best on line. Arrived in less than 24 hours of placing order. Items were EXACTLY what I wanted. Easy to fit and looks amazing. Hub caps brought my car back to looking like new. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“Ordered disks and pads for ford focus put in registration and took what was recommended got a 30% discount and picked up at Newburn branch When the machanic went to fit the disks they were to big We had to go back to Newburn branch to change but they had just closed 2.30 pm after been told 4pm close We was there at 2.32 but was refused so we had to travel to team valley branch .where they give refund on original disk but could not give 30% off new disks as this was on line only discount This cost me extra money for disks and for mechanic and as all this was a big mistake on your part I feel really hard done by I would have given 1 star if it had not been for the really helpful staff at the team valley branch”

“Generally very good, but unfortunately in this occasion their system identified the wrong parts (brake disks) for my car, which was a bit inconvenient seeing as I'd jacked-up the car and removed the old ones before realising the problem. The guy in the shop changed them without any bother, but annoyingly he couldn't give me the 30% discount I'd gotten for my original order, plus the new ones were more expensive. Turns out the 30% discount was still available but I'd have had to do the replacement parts order online as opposed to over the counter. Cost me an extra £100 and left me feeling a bit mugged-off. Helpful and polite staff though.”

“Ordered brakes for my car and brake discs. I also ordered the wrong ones completely my fault. I can only say the parts looked great there service was efficient and they were very helpful to me when I had to return them. I was very impressed with every person I spoke to there knowledgeable helpful and understanding. Well done and thank you.”
