“Despite entering my registration number I was given the wrong brake pads so when I went to exchange them I was informed the guy who does return's is not in today? You have to buy the correct brake pads again and return the wrong pads tomorrow for a refund(no thanks wasted journey no 2). The following day was Bank holiday Monday so didn't risk another wasted journey, finally got to return the wrong pads and get the correct pads on the third visit. Not very good service really is it?”

“I had two issues, 1. I added the products in cart and supposed to be order but there was one product were missing on it for collection so, I wait for that and next day when I order they removed my discount of 15£ more than 120£ purchase. Was disappointing 2. In the spark plug they suppose to be mention about the quantity as well so we can recognize who much we have to order … Thanks.”

“Ordered brake pads for my Volvo and when I opened the package I found one off the pads damaged, when I returned to the store they replaced them and checked that this set was ok”
