“I've had some really bad dealings years ago with euro but recently tried again and got a great deal on a alternator for a 2021 peugeot expert seems like a much better service up there now very quick and easy service thanks”

“Ordered some wiper blades online to pick up in-store. Said compatible with car however when trying to fit they weren't. Back to the store where the lady refunded me for the wrong ones and got me the right ones. Great service.”

“At one time it was easy to speak to a person to identify the correct part. Now....Because of too many brands on offer; the choices and possible confusion has led me to look at other suppliers as well as yourselves. It took me many attempts to track down my last order for MB W642 boost regulator! Initially you said NO STOCK! By going an indirect route I found one in stock in your stores! It seems a good copy of the origional! I just hope it works!”

“I used the app on the website to choose the correct windscreen wiper for my car . The number plate was checked ,& my item was highlighted . When I went to pick it up , the staff were very friendly and helpful . However , when I went to fit this supposed universal part , it wasn’t anywhere near the correct item , even with the supplied selection of adaptors . So I ended up having to Skoda anyway , to pay out for another full set of wipers .”

“The Euro car part website recommended a car battery to me based on my reg plate. It didn't fit and I completed an online return and brought it back the next morning where I was told fairly angrily that the terminal had a scratch on it and so they wouldn't be able to resell it and so I couldn't return it. The battery cost me £173. This is a from a company worth over £100m.”

“dispite ordering with make model and reg number wrong battery was sent out, when contacted was told to take it to a branch 30 minuites away to get a refund, when i did they said why did they send you that? then cost me an extra £30+ for the right part, doubt i will be using the online service again,”

“Every time I come to Cick & Collect there is always a short queue but servicing each customer seems to take an age. I am there at least 15mins each time which feels like a real waste of time when you organise click and collect.”
