“They didn't honour the online discount as it wasn't on their system yet. Basically he wasn't interested and didn't do nothing to do a little investigation. But was very happy to charge full price and seem to get a kick out of it... Very disappointing as been using euro car parts for over 15 years or so Definitely will not be using again at all”

“Mission; 2001 Peugeot 306 Meridian. The nearside wing mirror had been smashed beyond repair in an act of mindless vandalism while parked in a supermarket car park. I've been retired for a long time now, and am well out of practice in searching for car parts. Searches of the internet for the item proved futile, so I got out my old book of contacts and turned to Euro Car Parts, who I had previously always found reliable. Twenty four hours later I stood in the local branch holding a brand new off the shelf boxed replacement mirror unit for the car, which came at an amazingly reasonable price! Lesson learned and a quick reminder to always go to the company with excellent knowledgeable staff who in my experience have always provided a top service and still continue to do so. Top marks and many thanks to Euro Car Parts!”
