When i arrived at the store I was presented with a cheaper version of adblue than purchased. Giving a cheaper online price to get you to the store but then giving you a cheaper product

Telford branch was terrible. Two employees trying to fix IT on the second of two tills, massive queue and no communication to anyone. The third employee who was supposedly serving was actually chatting to the back office staff when they finally started to wonder why the queue was out the door.

Waited 20+ mins for a simple click and collect due to only one person being on the desk. Was not that staff members fault as he was working as fast as he could, but store is obviously understaffed. This is not the first time this has happened, it seems to be the norm. Also made a delivery order. Site told me 'next day delivery' through the entire process then once the order completed informed me it was now 4 business days. If I was away of this I would have gone to a different store that had the items I wanted in stock. Items arrived totally unwrapped and unprotected, taped together with a bit of masking tape.

The front desk team at the Yeovil depot are always friendly, polite & accommodating. They go above & beyond to satisfy their customers and are a pleasure to interact with. Makes such a nice change in this day and age - well done Yeovil ECP!

Better price than Amazon & eBay. More personable service with a call prior to delivery to check I was in and delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Got there. They had some system glitch. So waited for an hour. People working there couldn’t find anything for the customers in front of me. Same happened with my order so i left empty handed and ordered it from somewhere else.

Although your website and receipt stated that delivery would take 3–4 working days, I have still not received my order. I placed it on 2nd April, and today is 13th April. I have a garage appointment today and will incur a loss as the parts will be useless until my next appointment. I would appreciate your urgent assistance regarding this matter.

Absolute shambles of a company. Avoid at all costs! I ordered a pressure washer over a week ago and have been bombarded with emails telling me it’s ready to collect. I wasted an hour driving to the branch only to find out the item isn’t even there! Nobody bothered to update me or inform me it hadn't arrived. I have contacted them several times and they just keep promising it will be sorted, but a week later and the parcel still hasn't turned up at the branch. I keep getting told it's there, but physically it just isn't. I’ve paid almost £700 for something I haven't even seen yet, and there is absolutely no communication whatsoever. They don't answer questions and they don't update their systems or customers. I will never buy from them again and I would strongly recommend nobody else wastes their time or money with Euro Car Parts. Diabolical service. ⭐️☆☆☆☆

I went in store to Chesterfield branch to buy brake discs/pads and wipers for two cars. There was a 25% Easter weekend offer online. I asked about this (after going through [arts ordering in store) and was told this was only available online. They said there was no way to apply this in store. So cue me stood, in-store, ordering the same parts and getting the 25% discount. Why? Just why?? The sales person was great in that they gave me the part numbers so that made it a little easier but why not just apply a trade doscount instead of making me faff around? Let's face it, there is a trade discount available which I wouldn't automatically expect but in the circumstances of there being an actual offer available online then just apply it like-for-like. I wouldn't mind if there had been some hardened-fast rule that said they couldn't, but some other non-account holder after me was quoted £120+ for a lambda sensor, moaned a little about the cost and was going to think about it until the sales guy said best they could do was £90, which oddly sounds a bit like a 25% dicsount...

Pre ordered parts and travelled to collect but their payment system had been down all morning, a txt message would have been nice. Purchased at another supplier round the corner.

I placed an order for click and collect after being informed the item was in stock and available for next-day collection. This was the main reason I chose to order. When I arrived in store, I waited approximately 20 minutes to be served while several staff members appeared to be standing around, with only one person actively serving customers. I was then told that the item was not actually in stock and that I would need to return at a later date. Three days later, I received a message confirming the item was ready for collection. Upon returning to the store, I experienced another wait of around 20 minutes before finally being served. I was eventually given the item, but no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish, with inaccurate stock information, long waiting times, and a lack of customer service.
