“I ordered 5l oil for my daughter’s diesel car. It was delivered within a couple days but had leaked a bit into the protective bag the container was wrapped in. After a quick call to customer support a new 5l container was on its way to me. I can’t fault the level of customer service!”

“I placed an order, and the delivery guy arrived five days later. He wasn't carrying one of the items, and instead of an air filter, he tried to give me a second oil filter. He then apologized and said he'd deliver the missing parts the next day. Five more days passed, and when the delivery wasn't there, I went to the branch and picked it up myself. I had to take a day off from work to do this, as I usually work during Euro Car Parts branch hours, which is why I ordered delivery.”
