“I’ve used Euro Car Parts multiple times over the past couple of years, both for online orders with delivery and click & collect, and overall I’m happy with them as a go-to for car parts. The positives are strong: • Huge selection of parts for almost any vehicle—everything from brake pads and filters to more specialist bits. • Competitive pricing, especially when discount codes are available (which they often are). • Easy-to-use website and app for checking stock and ordering. • Free click & collect from over 250 branches is super convenient if you’re local or passing by. The parts I’ve collected have always been correct, well-packaged, and good quality (often branded options like Brembo or Bosch at sensible prices). Staff are generally helpful and polite when you finally get to the counter. However, the biggest downside is the waiting times for collections. Queues can be long—I’ve waited 20-45 minutes (sometimes more on busy weekends or Saturdays), even for simple click & collect orders. It often feels understaffed at the collection desk, with one person handling everything while others are in the back or dealing with walk-ins. If someone ahead has a big/complicated order, it backs everything up quickly. This turns what should be a quick “in and out” into a proper time sink, which is annoying when you’re fitting parts yourself or on a tight schedule. It’s not every branch or every visit—some mid-week trips have been fairly quick—but it’s a recurring issue mentioned by lots of other customers too. Overall, 4/5 stars from me. Excellent value and stock availability make them worth using, especially if you can time collections for quieter periods (early mornings or weekdays). But they really need to improve staffing at busy branches to cut those frustrating queues. I’d still recommend them for the parts side—just plan extra time if collecting!”

“I ordered a new car battery online as a high priority as Euro car parts were the only company who had one for immediate collection. After standing in a queue for half an hour, I was told it wouldn’t be available till the following day in the afternoon. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it in advance. I found one at another company for collection the following morning and a lot cheaper. I won’t bother with Euro car parts ever again. Useless!”
