“OK for the price, but as highlighted by several other reviews several leaks at the joints. Tightened them up as much as possible and taped with gorilla tape which pretty much solved the problem. Will see how it goes over time.”

“As always, supplied wrong parts. When returned incorrect parts they then supplied wrong parts again. This has always been the same with ECP as unfortunately having to use you means for the past 12 years I’ve experienced problem after problem.”

“The part I needed was supposed to be available next day, a Saturday, but had not arrived when I called in the branch. Called again the following Tuesday and found that the wrong part had been delivered. Asked for a refund, which came quickly, but will not use Euro Car Parts again.”

“Parts were never delivered. Despite having my telephine number and email address I was never kept informed as to status of delivery. My account online says 'delivered', yet when I clicked through to the order it stated 'processing'. Eventually got through to the branch who assured me that I would be contacted by a supervisor. I'm still waiting!”
