“Unreliable and poor customer service. Ordered a replacement battery which wasn't delivered. After the required week waiting, I contacted the company and got told one story, and would have an update within 24 hours. 4 days later, and after emails got no reply, when contacted again I got a different story as to what happened. I now have to wait upto 5 days for a refund.”

“I bought a roof rack in Medway. The last in stock. But the keys did not fit. No more available when I looked on line to change it. So I returned it and got my refund. Strange that later you have one only available for pick up at the same store. Putting faulty stock back on the shelf shows what you think of customers. Two wasted journeys, I will remember that when needing any car parts. I wonder how many times you have tried to dump this item on customers that you think are mugs.”
