“I payed for a £97 Bosch battery but only realised when got home i was given a lion battery worth £65. Both prices on Euro parts website. I took it back saying didnt need it i didnt mention it was because i was ripped off in case of complications and i hadnt the energy. Got a a full refund no problem as it wasnt used.”

“Ordered product, sent the Mrs to pick it up, and a snotty girl on counter said they did not have it and to order it again. Made my Mrs pay again to order another one, when I needed the product that day. Spoke to customer services on the phone, who said the store definitely had it. Went in next day myself and explained the situation. 3 members of staff watching each other serve. Had to queue for 40 mins. No apologies or explanations. Asked for a refund. Euro car parts is good but the acocks green store is a disgrace.”

“I pre-ordered a battery on a Saturday. This was at 15.30. My son drove down to make sure to be there, there were 3? available. At 15.45, he was told it hadn't come through, this was after I had rung to make sure. He was told to wait and see if it has come through. Bearing in mind, I had already had confirmation and paid. By the time they served everyone else, my son went up and still it had not come through. He rang me and I confirmed it. He then asked to just purchase one of the batteries as it was taking too long but was then told he couldn't because he had ordered one? This went back and forth until the customer rep said 'sorry, it has gone 4' and they closed. I would understand to a certain extent but they kept him waiting for the battery and then, when he asked, said he couldn't purchase one. Not helpful or understanding of the situation and would have expected a bit more awareness and forward thinking from the service rep. In the end, I did not pick up as I had to go elsewhere and waiting for my refund.”
