“After typing my registration plate to confirm the make, model and other relevant details, I was given options to buy brake pads and discs. The discs were incorrect size, much larger than what I previously had. Got a refund but overall poor experience.”

“I made multiple attempts to contact your company, with a representative finally answering after the third or fourth call; previous attempts were met with immediate disconnections. While my in-store experience was positive, with a polite and helpful associate, there appears to be a significant disconnect between customer service expectations and the actions of some staff members. This disregard for customer needs, coupled with a perceived sense of autonomy among staff, poses a serious risk to your business's reputation and long-term success, regardless of current popularity.”

“I went to collect the 5 items after I received a message to state the items were ready to collect. When I went to collect the items I was told they did have 2 of them. There was no apology or any form of remorse and I was just told to come back tomorrow to get the other two items. The staff at Eurocar parts should be sent to a customer service training academy. You might actually retain customers that way. Courtesy/manners does not cost anything.”

“Fast and quick service. Item ready for collection almost immediately and the fella on the desk is sound too, when I was getting into my car there was a guy struggling to put wipers on, the guy from the counter also noticed this and came out to help him, nice touch. Apollo Road branch Belfast”

“Website - no issues, easy to navigate. When I went to collect I had to ring the bell 4 times in a period of 10minutes to get some assistance. If I hadn’t reserved the item I would’ve walked out. Appalling service . I’ve given 3 stars for the website. I’d give 0 stars if I could for the collection part.”
