“I only use Euro on the very odd occasion that I am stuck at the weekend. I hate travelling to it but it’s the closest one. Certain members of staff are hard to deal with. On this particular weekend 3-4 jan 2026 I needed a calliper for a customer that was stuck and needed her vehicle back as soon as possible. I chose to order online and collect, click and collect systems was having problems not a massive issue as the young lady sorted my caliper out in minutes. 20 minutes back to my unit. Caliper would not seal on the face of the copper washer, refusing to be defeated ran around begging and borrowing copper washers because the vehicle needed to be back with its owner, after 2-3 hours into a 40 minute job decided that the caliper face was faulty, upon checking could see a face defect. Sunday. Ran the caliper back to Euro, picked up a second caliper, checked the face and this one had been machined to what looked serviceable. Travel back to the unit, the caliper will still not seal on the copper washer, checked that caliper face to find that machine work had left cnc marks and was not completely flat. Travel back to Euro to check on your 3rd and last item in stock. Inspected all 3 calipers in front of staff members and explained the problem, the 3rd caliper was in between the other 2 in condition and I could see sand blasting marks, took my old original caliper back fitted it and it seals as expected. New part ordered from my normal supplier on the Monday, fitted, sealed and was less than half price than Euro. 5 trips at 45 minutes round trip due to having to go back in the week because they couldn’t refund me on a Sunday. Parts are poor quality A lot of lost time A lot of fuel wasted Will not be using Euro again It’s not the 1st time but it’s definitely the last.”

“Excellent service. I ordered online at the weekend and paid for delivery which was by the Tuesday. My part was delivered swiftly on the Monday morning and the delivery driver (Paul, I think?) was brilliant, he called me to say that he had arrived at my property and he was a really nice chap. All in all just a great service.”

“Hi paid for constraint antifreeze only to be given ready mixed hoping I would not notice tryed to say they had sent wrong one but they just took it off shelf in shop very poor service if I had not noticed could of been a serious problem”

“First visit and dissapoonted. I ordered 2 items for click and collect. The place was packed so I queued for 20 mins which was fine. I got given my order then went home. It wasn't until I got home I realised 1 of the products they'd given me was wrong so next day I went back in there, queued again 30 mins. Got to the counter the assistants were blaming each of for who had given me the wrong product. They went to replace it but didn't have it so they said they could order for me and I could collect the next day went rhe next day to swap the wrong item, queue was huge again so waited another 25 mins. When served the person who served me kept dissapereing out the back. They'd come back ask me the issue then go off again. I told them the correct goods had been ordered for me but kept going off. Finally came back checked the system to find the person hadn't ordered the goods. Went off out the back again. Came back said did I want to keep what I had, no because it won't fit for what i needed and asked if they could order. Told me the correct item wouldn't be in for 3 weeks so I asked if I could get a refund. Off out the back they went again. 5 mins later they came back and did the refund. Sadly this has really put me off. Seems so disorganised and when there are so many people in there waiting they didnt seem to do anything to speed the process up. I really dont understand why it all took so long fir such a simple process and the fact that all the staff we're slating each other when the went out back was really bad. You might think it but don't voice it in front of customers. So 3 trips and over a hour and still didn't get what i needed. I won't be visiting again shame as they had some good products and reasonable prices.”

“The tow light board was ok for the money , the end caps could have done with being glued on as they fell off and disappeared after first use! Overall though a good cheap light board for our trailer.”
