“I always buy break pads and car batteries from euro car , they are a good price and have a good choice of different brand's ,luckily my son fit them on my car , he isn't a mechanic but he learned how to fix cars himself, which save's us paying garage prices, euro car parts save you money”

“Buying the product was fine but the aftercare was as usable as a dead battery. From getting lied to by staff on the phone when asking them what the returns policy is (“1yr since you are a retail customer”…colleagues words not mines) to staff getting grumpy on emails and lacking customer care…absolutely rubbish aftercare.”

“I ordered a set of windscreen wiper blades for my Renault Megan E tech. I dropped in to the Hereford branch to pick them up. Unfortunately, when I got home to fit them the were the wrong fit. I returned with them the following day in hope of finding fully compatable ones. The member of staff who served me was extremly helpful and tried to find blades thet would fit. He tried 6 or 7 similar types of blade for me to try (In between serving several other customers!) but unsuccessful. I was offered a refund, which was in my bank account the following day. He also suggested several possible sources of OEM parts to try (I was eventually succesful). I would like to thank the member of staff (I'm sorry I didnt get his name) for his efforts and advice. I would have given 5* if the purchase had been succesful. I wll, however, recommend Euro Car Parts (Hereford) to anyone for their excellent service.”

“Brake pads were too thick to fit in my calipers despite being the correct fit according to website. Desperate to get them fitted and the car back on the road, I had to sand down the pads to make them fit. Estimated I had to remove about 3mm to make them fit. Won't be buying them again.”
