“When I ordered a battery from your company with next day pickup. I then received an email saying that it would be ready to collect the next day from 8.15am. When I went to collect from the Boston branch, they said it would not be there until the next day. To be honest they were not very apologetic about this. I can’t really understand why the email was sent and I would have gone elsewhere if I had known that I could not get the battery the next day. Will remember this for next time.”

“Easy to order, easy to collect. Though they didn't mark it collected in the system so I kept getting emails reminding me to collect it. If I could tick a box in the order saying it was collected, that would be an improvement.”
