“I ordered a light fitting for my car, but it turned out I'd picked the wrong one. The online staff were extremely helpful, and sent the correct one immediately. I collected it from the Benton branch at Newcastle, and dropped off the wrong fitting at the same time. At no stage was there any quibble, and all the staff I encountered were excellent. Well done, and thank you!”

“Ordered front brakes for mk5 08 vw golf when to fit wrong spec turns out these are for later spec so why if I’ve got to enter my reg do wrong spec parts come up….”

“Have used Euro car parts many times but my last order was disappointing. Why is it that even when you enter your registration in the app the parts you get don't fit. I thought entering the reg would lock down the spec if the parts to fit. Only when i had jacked up car in the rain, and dismantled my brakes did I find out that euro car parts list more than one brake disc - different thickness and diameter for my car reg. Why is that. Also brake pads i selected are completely different to those fitted to the car. It seems the only way I can guarantee getting the correct parts in future is to take the original part to the branch which means having access to another car to get there.”
