“I am very very disappointed with the level of support and parts received. I bought brembo brake pads front and back for my Hyundai ix35. Upon them being fitted all seemed fine. Couple miles down the road a very loud noise coming from the braking system. Paid an emergency mechanic Sunday to take the wheels off and check and the brake pads had snapped in half within the first hour of me driving. I didn't buy the cheapest ones either. Took them back Sunday as the mechanic took them off and had Togo to a complete different outlet to get more. Poor quality poor service resulting in more money being spent than needed . This has now resulted in my abs sensor being constantly on so now I have to pay for that to be checked. And also got to buy 4 more discs for my car because it's scored them really bad.”

“I'm very happy with the service from Euro Car Parts. On separate occasions I ordered a battery and drivebelt but both arrived within hours of placing the order. Prices are ok but the service is outstanding. Top marks from me.”

“Even though I gave them my registration plate for a part needed, they ordered me in the wrong part of my vehicle. I didn’t know until the day my vehicle was at the mechanic’s garage and on the ramps with the vehicle partly stripped that the mechanic informed me of this. I had to purchase from a competitor (which was much cheaper in the end) but I had the stress of having to collect parts in order for the mechanic to finish the job. It took time out of my day, diesel to drive around plus I had to pay extra labour costs to the mechanic for the extra time added to the job. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.”

“Display item on website didn’t match the item that was delivered and justification was online pic is for reference purposes only, complaint raised and management agreed to send missing part as gesture of good will and four days later I was notified agreed part not in inventory, extremely bad experience and waste of 5 days time and back and forth emails and phone to chase the status of order, extremely disappointed…”
