“I ordered a 5lt can together with a 1lt bottle of Triple XC2 oil. The 5lts was £116.99 (works out at £23.39 per lt) and the 1lt bottle at €20.99. How come it would have been cheaper by £12.04 to have had 5 separate 1lt bottles. Also, because it said free delivery over £25 I had it delivered but was charged a surcharge! Once bitten, twice shy. Won’t buy from them again unless I can’t source from somewhere else.”

“They listed the wrong part for my car, I ordered, paid for and collected it - got back tried to fit it and it was wrong. Took it back and on the Euro Car Parts computer system it was the listed part! They accepted the return and gave a full refund but still a total waste of time.”

“I came to the Tamworth HQ branch and asked for the cheapest 1 litre oil for a certain type. The lady search under the car Reg which was expensive, then searched in general but couldn't find it any cheaper, I left, sat in the car, googled the oil type for my car then searched that in Google for eurocarparts, a much cheaper one came up on Google and your website with stock in the branch I was at. I went in again and gave the product number and paid. I then waited for ages for the item to come. I normally use the Derby branch which is brilliant, the Tamworth HQ branch is rubbish. Nearly ripped me off!”

“They don't let you know when your order has arrived into the shop. I ordered two items and these arrived at different times, later than I'd been told originally. They don't notify you as to when it has actually arrived so you just have to guess!”

“First Euro car parts in Harrow showed the car battery was in stock, but when we got to the shop there were none available ( we had reserved the item). The next day we went to the Hayes branch and bought the car battery. Euro car parts please sort out your stock inventory system.”
