“Sadly giving ordered wiper blades for collection, I found that both wipers had already been opened and resealed with fittings missing. This resulted in a return visit to store for a replacement. As the store had no other parts to replace these they upgraded the parts which I was greatful for.”

“While some parts are perfect fit,others like the starline waterpump for mercedes w639 engine,only a hole in the pump but no thread to except the bolt for belt pulley. As I had already fitted it, I had to tap out the hole to take the original threaded bolt,why?”

“Item wasn't available for pick up when it was supposed to be. Staff said to call first before coming again. Could not call directly - all numbers seem to go to central call centre and usual saga of pressing umpteen buttons before you get to speak to someone. Eventually got through to a helpful person who told me the item was present (a day later). Would only buy again as a last resort.”

“very sad to say these words but overgrowing a company without keepin the customers happy is a biggest mistake... ordered common VW parts online on Thursday with a PAID next day delivery FOR TUESDAY delivery date which was perfect for me.. unfortunately they were unable to deliver the parts even until Friday even i have contacted them twice. THEN they have tried to delivery it on Satrurday., to our workshop. then i contacted them again on Monday where the parts are and i had to cancell it becuase they were sill locate the parts or give me a date.. this is ridiculous in the 21st certury.,”

“Unfortunately as a mobile mechanic I can no longer afford to use Euro carparts as often as I used to do. The parts have become just too expensive compared to what they used to be. 8 have also noticed the shops are much quieter since the increased prices.”
