I would have given 5 stars if packaging would be suitable to keep locking tool conveniently in glove box, also this tool has 2 wrench sizes therefore the wrench slips with maximum torque. Helpfull assistant though.

I recently purchased a boot strut from the Euro Car Parts website, described as "Stabilus boot strut (both sides)". I took this to mean that it was a pair of struts i.e. for both sides. The website on the same page says "tailgate struts usually come in twos" which reinforced my view that I had purchased a pair. However, when I went to collect the struts I was told it was only a single strut and I had to purchase a second strut. I think that the Euro Car Parts website is very misleading. The staff at the collection counter agreed that it was misleading. When I raised the issue with ECP they didn't want to know and were very dismissive. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

They gave me a wrong side part and before I leave the shop when I purchased the part I ask him twice to make sure is the right side but unfortunately after that the garage call me and told me is wrong side part unprofessional mistake wich costing me 25 £ fees taxi to take part back from garage to the shop

I bought a bettery for my car online. However. it was of the wrong amperage and had to exchange it. The person I interacted with over the phone was extremely helpful and emailed me later with the correct battery product codes. I had later requested for the invoice online which was emailed to me within a few mins. The person whom I returned the battery to at High Wycombe/Loudwater shop was again very helpful and understanding. A typical example of excellent customer service by all. I work in hospitality and I know what that means! Thank you.

I recently visited Euro Car Parts and had a very disappointing experience. I urgently needed to use the toilet, but the staff refused to let me access their facilities, even after I explained it was an emergency. I understand that some locations have policies about customer facilities, but the lack of compassion or flexibility in a genuinely urgent situation was upsetting. It left me feeling stressed and embarrassed at a time when a little understanding would have gone a long way. I hope the company reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future. A more considerate approach to customer well-being would make a big difference.
