“Entered the car reg on the Euro car parts Web site for an Alternator I ordered it and it was the totally wrong one, but luckily I called to see if they had one in stock instead of having to wait a couple of days, and the chap I spoke to on the phone realised it was the wrong one and gave me the part number for the correct one so disaster averted.”

“Whilst it is very easy to order online with just a few clicks actually picking up the item from the store is a different thing all together. It is quite possible to find oneself stuck in a queue for anything up to an hour. I overhead a chap say the other day that he once waited for nearly 2 hours to be served, he must have been desperate for the item he was collecting! I will only now order things if there is no where else to get what I'm looking for. The store in question is St. James Mill Road, Northampton.”

“I bought some wiper blades for my car. What i found crazy is that the in store price is different to the online price. I asked this question & the assistant said yes - you'd be better off ordering on your phone now, waiting & then collecting. It took about 10 mins to receive the confirmation text & i got my new blades saving just over £9. On a more positive note, the Bosch blades were as expected - fantastic.”

“waited nearly 10 minutes to be served despite ringing bell as did another customer who actually left before anyone appeared and eventually abrupt rude sales assistant appeared and was the most unprofessional person I've met in a long time. will not be returning any time soon!”

“Torque wrench great. Bought in Preston no issues, however tried to buy previously in Bradford and out of stock. Not an issue but what was an issue was listening to the young assistants phone call before he even acknowledged my existence, Absolutely disgusting language . Not a slip but practically every other word ! Preston 5 star's Bradford nil!!!!”
