“EVRI!!! Had I know my battery and service kit was going to be supposedly delivered by Evri I wouldn't have ordered. I'm sure it'll turn up eventually and I'm sure it will be perfect for the job. But high chance it'll take double the time of any other delivery regardless of my location. As if 9/126 I still haven't received it.”

“The website ordering was great (the customer journey is well thought out and efficient!). Possibly missed opportunity to upsell (or I missed it, maybe?), as I ordered all the parts for a major service and didn’t know I should have also bought oil lol but now I know! In-store, all the great kudos earned by the website went out the window. Really shoddy customer service from a team who refused to make eye contact with anyone, left the desk without explanation and then mumbled their way through transactions. Honestly, some people clearly want Elon’s robots to do them out of a job…”

“Buying all parts in eurocarparts, but last purchase I'm very disappointed. Wipers looks like not new. Not sure, they been stored incorrectly or it's been return. Anyway, boxes are broken, no plastic covers on blades (like always) and soon when I installed them and try - surprise ! Driver side, can say not bad, passenger side - rubbish, my 1 year old wiper clean better than this new one. I think good to say is exactly same wipers. First think, come back and return, but I already install them and try, so I believe they will not be accepted. Bought exactly same in different store day after and they are brilliant. looks like eurocarparts sell used? returned? items without checking their condition.”
