“My order was meant to arrive in 3-4 business days. Today is day 7 and it still shows as "processing" with no updates or explanation provided. Call centre is unresponsive and the bot unhelpful. Finally got through to someone who promised that they could do a refund once the brach my order was sent to "approve" the refund when in fact my purchase was not from the branch. This level of service is unacceptable - it goes without saying that I will not be returning.”
