“Customer service was not good. It appeared that the staff were uninterested and when I asked for advice I was met with a shrug of shoulders. Once I had made the purchase I was ignored when I asked another question then they watched me struggle to carry the large battery out. Another customer even had to get the door for me as they wouldn't move to help. Such a shame that the wrong staff are there at Isle of Wight branch as I won't be going back”

“I searched online for a small wet/dry vacuum for cars and found that one was available in a nearby Euro Car Parts. I collected it that day from a helpful assistant. It did the job - sucked up excess water in one of the car carpets after driving through a flood, and now the carpet has dried out completely, helped by driving around with full heat on. No more mould developing on the back seat! The vacuum is pretty good for its low price: it's not hugely powerful but good enough for what I needed.”

“I'm normally a very understanding customer and understand the Christmas and new year is a trying time but this order was a complete flop by euro car parts. Ordered 2 new disc for my car on Christmas day. Was emailed their be delivered to the store by 29th, gave the store 2 hours after opening just too be sure deliveries arrived and was ready too pick up. Got to the store and was told only one disc had arrived, the store told me the missing disc might be on afternoon delivery and they'd give me a call. No call so called up euro Help department and they admitted a mistake on the system and would send out another disc. Gave the company 2 days too sort it out and the set had been delivered. So was finally able too fix the car. Not end of the world but planned to fix my car over my Christmas break and this blew all my plans out the water.”

“Needed to replace and upgrade failed rear windscreen wiper at very short notice. Euro Car Parts were only around the corner and very helpful Staff helped identify exactly what I was looking for. Great service all round.”
