“Very slow, made me wait although while they were standing around talking. 1 till active. Email said I can pick up straight away got there and was told had to wait half an hour.”

“I received a discount by ordering online and collecting from store. But I had to order, leave it a while then come back. I had to queue twice, which is a slow process. You should be able to obtain same discount instore or be able to order online within the store for immediate collection.”

“I ordered a rear wiper blade for my Vauxhall Astra online on Saturday morning and selected same-day collection. When I arrived at the branch that afternoon, there was only one member of staff serving customers. There was one customer ahead of me and two behind me when I joined the queue. It took around 30 minutes for the customer in front of me to be served, and then another 15 minutes before my online order was dealt with. Unfortunately, the wiper blade provided was not the one I had ordered. I realised this immediately while still in the store and pointed it out. The staff member confirmed it was the wrong item but told me I would need to return on Monday to resolve the issue. By this point, the queue had grown to around six people, and I saw at least three customers leave because they could not wait any longer. Very disappointing experience. Long waiting times, understaffing, and receiving the wrong part for an online order made what should have been a quick collection unnecessarily frustrating.”

“Cannot fault customer service from the Burnley branch. They delivered a new car battery to my home and realised it was incorrect. Without hesitation they returned the battery and delivered the correct size within a couple of hours. Special call out to Fallen who kept in touch throughout.”

“Unfortunately there have been a number of occasions where I have bought products from your business, and there has been inaccurate description of the products, there has also been defective items received and clearly quality control has been missed. I would appreciate this review be looked at and taken seriously as a customer who has been quite regular. I purchased a dent remover tool, it was not good at all and did not match the description advertised so that was a waste of money, I also bought cleaning towel for my car, it looked as though it had been stored on the floor inside a warehouse, not good, I appreciate some contact regarding the above.
