“Considering my local Skoda dealer was quoting £121 for a replacement nearside rear light reflector for my 2012 Octavia estate, and I could purchase a perfectly acceptable replacement part from Euro Car Parts for £50, they were clear winners.”

“Ordered a paint spray can online and selected pickup from store. Chose Peterborough as it said there were 3 cans in stock. Drove 35 minutes to Peterborough but was told when I arrived that they didn't have the paint in stock. If you're going to run an online ordering system it needs to be correct otherwise customers will have no faith in your ability to supply the items that they order. Any future orders (unlikely) will need to be followed up with a phone call to confirm the items are actually in stock.”

“Very rude sales assistant, couldn’t be bothered to serve me, man of a few words. If one of my staff spoke to my customers the way he does I would be concerned of the business I would be missing. Also informs me I have no warranty on the battery I came to pick up. The paperwork says otherwise. I wouldn’t be that bothered about the warranty if he could be bothered to show some customer service towards me.”

“waited for a part for 12 days that was meant to take 2-3days. zero communication as to what was the delay until i contacted support twice only to have to pick up from store, which then tried to charge me when i had already paid! used to be a reputable part supplier but will never use again.”
