“Had to re-arrange delivery multiple times because I’d call to get it re-arranged and they would ask me what time and date aswell as who to leave it with and would deliver and the complete wrong time for example then I’d have to ring up again and again to re-schedule.”

“Used website checked Chester branch for if parts were in stock which it said you did paid to collect within 1hr great. Got there to collect only to be told half of my order is on back order and to collect Monday. No good to me as the whole point of checking you have it paying for it and to collect means in need it now not Monday also no money back till the back order arrived which in fact was Tuesday I assume as that was when the refund process started. Poor performance main dealer had it on the shelf not pleased”

“It would be good if you could just order online, pay and collect without haing to login into your account and then having request a password reset as you forgotten it. It takes ages and as I say - Why not order leave your email and go collect when it's ready !”

“Fantastic service from crayford branch speaking on phone to man about delivery helped me 100% i ordered battery for my car just before 12 as 12 is cut off time for same day delivery i live 20 minutes away from the branch the delivery man arrived at my door 12.35 excellent service 100% thankyou for all your help”
