“Easy to order, easy to collect. Though they didn't mark it collected in the system so I kept getting emails reminding me to collect it. If I could tick a box in the order saying it was collected, that would be an improvement.”

“I found the assistant very helpful. It appeared that I had brought the wrong item and she was able to process and informed me to keep paperwork in case of eventualities. I have only visited the store twice and on my first visit a young man reporting for work walked past reception and asked if I was served. I was quite impressed as most people would think I have not started work and it’s not my business.”

“Air filter fit as it should but when it came to the fuel filter it wasn't locking into place had to put old filter back on with odd seal as neither would make a bond gutted as I stink of diesel and wasted good fuel in the process”
