“Whilst ordering parts is easy on the website it’s a complete nightmare to collect at my local branch. Always a long Queue and only ever one member of staff serving. What’s the point of click and collect when you’re stuck behind numerous people not knowing what part they need and asking for assistance. Need to be 2 member of staff available on the counter and one dedicated for click and collect !”

“Took £700 for 2 brake discs, supplied one which was incorrect (their fault) then cancelled the other one because they couldn't supply it without telling me. 2 weeks later car still awaiting discs and they still have my money and no apology for the disruption this is causing. The problem occurred because they listed my parts incorrectly on their website. They have now changed the listing and can supply them but they are more expensive. A decent company would talk to the customer, explain the situation and come to some arrangement but no. Do everything you can to buy parts elsewhere, there are some far better suppliers these days thank the lord....”

“Good price and locations but service isn’t up to PAR. Visited Isleworth store and waited a long time to be served, plenty of staff around but only one serving, he’d asked for help but he seemed junior and they ignored him. Was in a queue and then another member of staff recognised his mate and served him first with four other people in front of him, then disappeared again!”

“Ordered some scratch remover liquid,was told it was in stock and duly received a message to say it was ready for collection. On arrival gave my order number in and waited after around 5 minutes,the lad came back and told me it wasn't in stock, despite the email to the contrary,it wasn't a big issue but still a pain travelling there,for it not to be available.”
