“I don't have any problems with Eurocarparts, but either your packaging is not very good or the courier, Evri, handle things badly, which would be my guess. On more than one occasion, the packages arrive damaged and open slightly. If I were cynical, I would say that the courier is opening them to see if the contents are worth stealing, but I can't prove anything and I am not going to complain to the courier because I've heard that they either deliberately sabotage your orders for complaining about them or refuse to deliver at all. That's why I don't use Evri for my own deliveries, as I just don't trust them. However, the contents of the package, brake pads, were still there and although the box was damaged, still okay inside and fitted no problems at a good price.”

“The wheel trims I purchased were of very poor quality and broke before I got them anywhere near my car. I returned them and asked for an exchange. The sales assistant informed me I could not because the box was damaged so not able to re sell. I told him they were broken so could not resell anyway. He insisted on a paper receipt which I did not have even though I told him I could show him the email receipt. He sighed and went to get his manager who appeared and immediately told me there would be no exchange without the paper copy. I found the attitude of both members of staff very abrupt and rude. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again!”
