“I ordered oil filter cabin filter and one more stuff online after putting my reg. After collection when I put the cabin filter it was not fit so I went and told them that’s not the right size so he charger me extra for the other cabin filter. If I put the reg then they should give me the right size on the same price. It’s there fault if they gave me wrong size so they should give me the right one as it is.”

“Lady on the desk at newport gave me the wrong car part, after dissassembling the parts on my car & realising, I took it back, and she looked at the box and had a lightbulb moment, realising she gave me a part number that was wrong, different digit on the end. Newport Spytty store is understaffed.”

“I needed a car battery to be delivered the same day. Staff were very helpful on the phone in telling me how to order on line. Extremely easy to order what is needed. Put in car registration and the on line system lets you know which battery is right for your car with a range of prices. I ordered by 1030 am for delivery the same day and it arrived by 1215 pm. The very helpful delivery driver kindly put the battery safely in my house. He was cheerful, polite and respectful. I would be happy to order again 😊”

“Great resource for all my car parts, either its a service or repair these guys have it, and give you options of price ranges and brands, they have a great website that’s easy to navigate and find what you need. I have used the delivery option and it works, always been on time, I prefer to collect from our local store and the staff have always been chatty and offer advice if asked, I will continue to use them in the future.”

“Ordered item so I could collect went the next day and the item was damaged. Nobody had checked it and they couldn’t get me another - expected en to take it because in their eyes it was only a broken tab - for a refund after arguing”

“ordered some items on 31st may and when i didnt receive them 2 weeks later i contacted them and was told one of the items was not available at that time. emailed them again and was told i was not on their system despite a confirmation email. it took going through paypal to get a refund for them to reach out.”
