“Absolute joke. I ordered parts online using my reg to then find out there not the right parts, went to get the right ones In store to be told they only had the expensive ones in stock(extra £550!!) Will not be a returning customer.”

“Ordered online fornin store pick up, when i arrived the queue was out the door, after 15 minutes only 1 person had been served. Luckily i had opted to pay in store so hadnt paid for the goods and opted to go elsewhere. Euro Car Parts Oldbury definitely need more staff on busy days.”

“Haven't shopped here for quite some time but when I went in the shop there were lots of empty shelves and very little stock for sale to go with the parts you buy, and the price on line was quite a lot cheaper than what was sold to me in the shop, which I found out later and took the product back for a refund, then repurchase the same item at a lower price”

“It is a good source for good, cheap parts for most cars. I got brake pads and a brake piston retractor tool for Les than £30 and I got them reasonably quick. Sometimes same day pick up which can make a difference in a fix.”
