“It is a good source for good, cheap parts for most cars. I got brake pads and a brake piston retractor tool for Les than £30 and I got them reasonably quick. Sometimes same day pick up which can make a difference in a fix.”

“Managed to snag a last minute driving test cancellation for the next day and need L plates for my car for test. Old ones were faded and was worried they'd not be accepted on test. Order L plates. Paid for L plates. Drove 20 minutes to go and collect L plates. Waited only to be told "Nah we don't have any. I know coz someone else wanted some earlier"! Useless!”

“Slightly disappointed as I phoned the customer service 3x first before entering the Norwich branch so I can ensure I get the correct item for my car. After visiting I had to return to the Norwich Branch Unit 52 2x as the items I have been given were incorrect and not compatible with the car despite the website and customer service telling me so. The first time returning I got given a compensation the second time I didn’t get given compensation despite me wasting my time and fuel because the worker got the incorrect item wrong 3 times. FINALY visited the other Norwich Branch 53 Wiffler where I was able to sort it out.”
