“As usual with this branch service is incredibly slow, even with only one other person Infront of me, two at the till, it took almost 20 minutes for them to retrieve an oil filter. The queue was almost out of the door and the other staff member did not jump in the other til to help.”

“Ordered a wheel bearing online for collection from 4pm. Unfortunately the order hadn’t turned up at the store when I called in the following day on my way to work. The lad on the counter apologized and said because it was Christmas there was no 4pm delivery but would be in at 12pm which it was. I’ve never had a problem with collections in the past so wasn’t too bothered. All in all I’m happy as had the part I needed the following day.”

“When I made my order I was told all parts were in stock and ready to collect the next day I went the next evening to collect to find one of the items wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered in for the next day, it’s an hour round trip for me to come into store so it would have been nice to have been told there was an item missing so I could have just come into store once my order was complete instead of having to do 2 separate trips to store to collect 1 order.”
