“Ordered new wipers over 10 days ago and then had to call up as never arrived. I was advised they had not been sent out yet and i will be emailed once the person on the phone contacted Crayford. Wipers still not arrived.”

“I ordered the 6 ratchet spanners from my local store, when I went in to collect them there was no one about on the counter after a minute or so a young fella appeared and he took my details and went in the warehouse and picked my order. craftly he put the spanners on the counter with my paperwork on top. It was only when I got home and looked at the spanners that it was obvious someone else had either bought them and returned them or someone in the shop opened the plastic packet holding the spanners therefore my opinion is I have paid full price for secondhand goods. wish I hadnt gone local now should have ordered spanners off Amazon or someone else, it's a horrible feeling being taken for a muug but I have learnt my lesson the internet is your friend stop trying to help local businesses as they dont care nor it seems your continued business. UPDATE 13 Nov 2025 After writing my review and posting it on line I was very surprised to receive a email from Euro Car Parts, concerned about how things went, I spoke to an amazing young lady who was very understanding and helpful hence why I have now given the company 5 stars, they really do care about their customers something I thought was long gone, it was reassuring to know and has given me the confidence to continue to use Euro Car Parts again when needed. I can now confirm my issue has been resolved, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Clare M Customer service advisor for her profesional way she handled my case also I would like to thank Euro Car Parts for training their Customer Service Advisors to the very high standard that Clare showed. This is a very profesional company to deal with. 10/10”

“The transaction was smooth and fast as it was ordered online for collection. However upon collection the staff member was asked if there was a single wiper blade for a specific size. The person mentioned few times that this would not fit my vehicle in which i knew and acknowledged and still wanted that size. He glanced at the screen and said they don't do that size and asked another colleague who was sat at his desk who heard our conversation if this was in stock. In which he responded it is out of stock. I was doubting the answer from their body language and their quick response. i checked the website after few minutes that indicated there was 9 in stock. i immediately went back and collected one and asked why they didn't know it was in stock. The staff members did not respond and kept quiet. Was very disappointed with the service as this barking branch is my local branch and been visiting it for many years.”

“I finally bought what I wanted in Abingdon branch. My main issue was that the Reading branch was a disgrace. Leaving me unanswered for 15 mins at the counter as the Nissan Sunny driver was clearly more important. I just left as the queue was building and no end in sight.”

“Had a bit of trouble getting the right battery for my car and had to return twice before getting the right one, despite the webpage saying the batteries were suitable for my car. However was impressed with the help the staff gave at Basildon Europarts gave me when I returned the second time as I was at the point of giving up and they sorted the right battery for me.”
