“Unfortunately after 4 trips to the shop in Gloucester to pick up my item it’s not been available all I could get told is the shop that’s holding it has not yet sent it to them. To add to the absolute absurd mess I’ve even received emails saying I must pick it up or it will be returned, that’s very hard to do if it’s never arrived in the first place.”

“Bought Jerry Can - Ridiculous queue - Guy behind counter couldnt log into his computer and had to get help. Should have had more staff - a lot were standing around waiting for a delivery - I talked to manager he wasn't fussed - said talk to head office - "tell them we need more people"”
