Ordering was easy. Prompt delivery. Good after sales and customer service. Sadly the item was defective. I arranged a collection from my home address and waiting on a refund.

Qasnt happy as u are caliming an item is in stocl in store ive travvelled 45 mins to pixk it up then u tell me not there till monday its eother in stpck or its not need to male people mpre aqare its in stock in ypur warehouse

I used the website to select new wiper blades for my vehicle. I entered the car registration number and then selected the appropriate wiper blades from the choices generated by the website. The wiper blades were delivered to my home promptly, but they didn't come with the correct clips for my vehicle. I rang the local store, who said the ECP don't stock the blades for my vehicle. And if I want to get a refund, then I need to drive to the store (which is in the next town) and return them in person. My disappointment with ECP is that the wrong parts were delivered to my home (through no fault of mine), and then there was no way for me to return the parts without driving to a store in the next town. On the positive side, the parts were delivered quickly and when I needed to contact ECP someone answered the phone quickly and gave me a clear explanation of what I needed to do next.

Car Battery Ford Kuga 2019 Collected from the Preston pick up point on a Sunday morning. Miserable staff. Really abrupt with communication during collection. Car park is a liability as my passenger door was damaged while I was in the pick up area.

I have not received my delivery I have had no updates when it’s being shipped when it’s out for delivery and I have paid for express delivery so wish for a refund

Ordered 20l of Prestone Antifreeze with free delivery. After several days received an email advising that this product was outside their delivery range for my address despite having received deliveries of other products previously. Phoned to arrange for it to be delivered to Basingstoke (under 15 miles from me) where I would collect. Was told to phone Basingstoke next day to confirm its arrival, why can’t I be notified when it’s arrived? Duly phoned and gentleman explained they were very busy but that he would check and get back to me in around 10mins. Over 3 hours later I rang again and was told it had arrived. Went to Basingstoke branch to find nobody many the desk and one lady waiting for her goods. Staff member arrived with her goods and I moved forward to request mine but he ignored me and walked off. So I pressed he desk bell and waited. Could hear staff chatting. Pressed the bell again and waited. By this time a queue was forming behind me so I pressed the bell for a third time. Finally a lady appeared. Showed here the order reference from the email advising product was going to Basingstoke. The lady checked it had arrived then asked if I had paid. I said I had and was told I would need to show proof of purchase. Searched for the original order confirmation to show her and was finally given my purchase. So why could it be delivered to my address which has been delivered to previously? Why did I have to check product had arrived, other businesses notify when goods are available for collection? Why did the first person I called at Basingstoke not get back to me as promised? Why the long wait at Basingstoke and staff ignoring waiting customers? Finally why did I have to search for proof of purchase, surely the ordering system must have payment details? In short this is appalling customer service and these failures need addressing.

Popped into store to for bulb, but because had not ordered online in advance was more expensive. Placed order but took ages for online order to come to store. Why can’t they just apply discount!

Fantastic experience from start to finish, ordering the part online was a quick and simple process especially as someone with absolutely zero knowledge of car parts. And collecting it at my local location was easy too! The staff member was super friendly and helpful too!
