“No discount on service parts ie oil & filters can get same oil & filters on ebay for half the price”

“Well what can I say ? .. those people at Europarts are brilliant. Ordered a car battery, and was told the time of delivery and came about 1 hour early. Now that's professionalism. Definitely order again. Well done. 👍”

“Friendly staff, good parts availability and not too far to the nearest branch. Only docking one star because the parts supplied were not a good fit for the car. No problem returning them of course but after using the website to ensure the parts were compatible, it's disappointing to have this issue.”

“OK so it was in June last year I got a voucher from eurocar parts and happy to say I redeemed that voucher, it was a very rude member of staff so hopefully by now he has gone as I didn't see him and I haven't really gone back to that store until a few days ago all went well,but the time it took to sort it out was a bit slow especially when ya told I had to do it online, so I went home done it online but couldn't pick them up until I showed up and payed an extra 48p to get 6 cans instead of 5 brake cleaner , Hey look eurocar parts you really need to sort out the time it takes to serve a customer 15 to 20 minutes to sort one customer...kinda tells you,I had to collect items from store ,,witby rd bristol”

“Avoid! Staff haven’t got a clue. Trade counter understaffed and they just don’t care. Ordered online for home delivery. Spent a week after the delivery date chasing. Customer Services couldn’t/wouldn’t help and when I phoned the store all I got was ‘drivers have gone home, nothing I can do, I don’t know why your delivery hasn’t been sent out’’. Ended up having to go to store to collect myself. Recently ordered gearbox oil, went to collect as delivery staff can’t be trusted, item out of stock even though I reserve online and then I was given motor oil instead of gearbox oil. Take your money elsewhere. Even if you have to pay a little bit more at a competitor to get better service.”

“Bad customer service, most of the staff are rude they have no basic manners and look miserable. Wrong parts given even tho they checked them on computer and assured me they would fit. Standing around for over 20 minutes waiting for parts to be brought out and don’t even get a thank you for waiting. Won’t be using them again. Il go elsewhere”
