“. Easy to navigate website to check availability of part required and nearest branch with stock of the item 2. Appreciated that one can order the part and pay on collection from the branch 3. In my case the nearest branch is a short relatively traffic-free drive, situated in a small industrial / commercial estate with plenty of parking (so avoided the car parking bun fight in the out of town retail park where the competition is located) 4. Friendly, knowledgeable staff member behind the counter with good advice on fitting the part 5. Fitted the part in the branch car park, so I was able to leave knowing it was working but I could have gone back in and asked for help had it not.”

“I ordered online a car battery, I bought it through the recomandation of the page based on the registration number. When I wanted to install it, I realised that the battery is bigger in size than mine. I had to return it. While at the shop, the shop assistant listened to my issue and recommended a different one, double the price. I got a quotation which I brought home with me. When I checked the measurements online I realised that wasn't a suitable battery either. So my trust in Euro Carparts expertise is close to none.”

“Purchased a car battery for a hyundai ioniq. The order was placed on line with a pick up from the Kirkcaldy branch. The order process was very good and pick up was easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.”

“I checked for the part online before heading into the store and it confirmed it was in stock and offered an online discount so I ordered it before going into the shop. I had to wait 15 mins for the system to receive my order which was not ideal, it would be good if the online discount can be applied in the shop.”

“Haven’t had this problem before from parts from euro car parts but the oil filter I ordered came had a minor crack on it that wasn’t spotted till it was on my car and I was driving so £40 of oil spilt out and I need a new filter aswell now, not sure I’ll be buying from them again.”
