“Ordered a Battery before Christmas, it was delivered the next day, before the expected delivery day. Unfortunatly, the battery was not useable in my Toyota RAV4 car, due to a requirment for a pressure sensor fitment that could not be done. I phoned the Company and described the problem, unfortunatlly they did not have the required battery. They organised the collection of the battery and re-funded the full purchase price. Again the staff were as helpfull as possible, showing initiative in the process. This is the BEST Company I have delt with in at least 10 years. I can tell that they can be trusted. Normally, I would not bother with feedback unless the service or product was useless. This case was the opposite and I was happy to receive thier survey.”

“Always a busy site in barking but amidst the chaos the staff are knowledgalble and managed to get everything sorted and given no biased advise and got everything in a timely manner. Well done and always a pleasure when visiting.”

“I placed my order just before Christmas knowing that I might not get the parts until the new year. I was pleased to say that they turned up on December 30th. The parts were exactly as described and seem to be of suitable quality. They all fitted quickly and easily. My next job will be plugs and filters.”

“Ordered part on line. No problem. Very reasonable price. However, when I rang the shop they gave me a higher price than click and collect. They didn't tell me I could get it cheaper by c and c. But collecting it it was fine and pleased with item.”
